Formosan Aboriginal Culture Village tours

It was a great trip with our guide A Jun. He was very enthusiastic in engaging with us and took great photos of everyone. We had fun and interesting conversations along the road so it was never boring. We went to Sun Moon Lake to ride the boat and landed on the little island with the famous tea egg and temple on top. Then to Ita Thao Shopping Street to have lunch and some shopping. Next we went to the farm for sheeps and equestrian show. Do note that sheep show is only available on holidays. Overall, it was a satisfying trip.

had a wonderful time without having to think so much. this tour made my travel a lot more convenient. shared a chinese meal with strangers. the tour guide, Dunken, is also funny and very attentive. overall, it’s a great taichung experience

The best trip ever! We were only a group of 8 people going to Sun Moon Lake so our tour guide Bratt arranged an 8-seater van for us and it felt like a private tour due to the pleasing and wonderful accommodation the tour guide gave. Also, Bratt gave us Tea Egg and guided us to many secret areas to take amazing photos. Will definitely recommend this tour for you and hopefully your Tour Guide would be Bratt. Thank you so much!

Ease of locating the meeting point and although there is no tour guide provided on this day tour, it is very self-sufficient. The tour to Sun Moon Lake is enjoyable with lots of food choices. But for those who would like to explore the island by cable car, ferry or the bus, this half day tour may not be enough. The other half day is to visit a chocolate factory, stopover for donuts at a cafe and a visit to Paper Dome.

Highly recommended for Koreans!!!!!! The Korean-language tour wasn't available on the date I wanted, so I ended up choosing this tour instead, and it was such a great choice!!! First of all, it was so nice that they picked us up directly from our hotel instead of having us gather at a meeting point haha. The tour was held privately with just 6 people in total—me, my mom (2 people), and a Chinese family of 4. The car was super spacious and air-conditioned, which was great! The driver couldn't speak Korean, but he explained everything well using a translator and some English haha. What truly touched me was that I had lost my wallet at the night market the day before T.T. When the driver heard about that, he said that after the tour ended, he would go with me to the night market to ask the vendors, kept calling the police station in between to check if any lost items had been turned in, and even offered to go with me to the police station to help file a report after the tour. We didn't end up going because we figured we wouldn't find it even if we went to the night market T.T., but he kept trying to help us, which really touched both me and my mom haha. Also, the Chinese family traveling with us translated between the driver and us in English and even bought us drinks lol. They were worried about my lost wallet together with us! Anyway, I had a total mental breakdown the day before after losing my wallet, all my exchanged cash, and several cards, but during the tour, my mind actually eased up, and I met good people and had a wonderful tour!!! I didn't know ferry tickets were included, but they were! The price is also reasonable, so Korean folks planning to visit Sun Moon Lake and Gaomei Wetlands, please use this tour!!!!! The itinerary proceeded as follows: a huge temple at Sun Moon Lake ➡️ Sun Moon Lake Visitor Center? (cool and good for a short rest) ➡️ Sun Moon Lake ferry (basic 3-stop course) ➡️ pineapple cake shop (no purchase required, has a restroom) ➡️ Gaomei Wetlands, and they dropped us off right in front of our hotel at the end haha. Oh, and you can use WhatsApp for communication before the tour~~

I had a wonderful experience on this tour, and a big part of that was thanks to our guide, 小新. His explanations were clear and informative, helping us better appreciate the places we visited. What made the journey even more enjoyable was his great sense of humour and superb photography skills, which helped us capture many memorable moments. The tour was very well-paced, with good time management while still feeling relaxed and unhurried. Since we were a large group, we were able to charter the entire vehicle, which made the experience more private, comfortable, and flexible. Along the way, 小新 also shared recommendations on some great local products to buy, which was very helpful. He was attentive throughout the trip and always made sure everyone was comfortable and enjoying themselves. Overall, the breathtaking views, combined with the chill and friendly atmosphere, made this a truly memorable experience. Highly recommended, especially if you get 小新 as your guide!

Our trip to Sun Moon Lake was truly wonderful! Captain Cook was incredibly professional and enthusiastic, providing detailed explanations of Sun Moon Lake's history and unique attractions along the way. He also proactively helped everyone take photos and attended to individual needs, making the itinerary very relaxed and comfortable. The atmosphere throughout the trip was excellent, allowing everyone to feel secure and relaxed. Thank you, tour guide, for giving us such beautiful memories. Our trip to Sun Moon Lake was such a beautiful and memorable experience! Our tour guide Mr Lin made it more memorable. He is very friendly, knowledgable, and very patient. Everything was well organized, and he made sure we were comfortable and enjoying every part of the trip. We visited the peaceful Wenwu Temple, enjoyed the stunning views of the lake, and took a relaxing boat ride across the water. The highlight was riding the cable cars, where we got an amazing panoramic view of the mountains and lake from above. From the breathtaking scenery and cultural sites to the relaxing boat ride and exciting cable car experience, Sun Moon Lake is definitely a place worth visiting. A perfect mix of nature, culture, and adventure! Highly recommending this tour to everyone.
