Sammy is a professional tour guide and able to explain clearly about the tour. She had make our tour enjoyable with her additional effort. I will recommend her if any of friend want to visit taiwan.

The tour guide is very active in listening to everyone's opinions, but it would be better if they could know more about the time required for each attraction (for example, the Formosan Aboriginal Cultural Village is suitable for half a day or more before you have enough time to enter). Due to limited time, improper choices may cause the trip to be a little rushed.

I used this service for a father-daughter trip. Although it stated a minimum of 6 participants, there were no other groups, so it ended up being a private tour for just the two of us. The tour is only available in Chinese or English, but even when there were words we didn't understand, the guide used Google Translate to provide additional explanations, so the language barrier wasn't too high. Since it was a private tour, the itinerary was quite flexible (for example, they suggested changing the temple visit that was originally included in the tour to a more famous temple). We had a wonderful time learning about the history of Sun Moon Lake, getting recommendations for local cuisine, and even having the guide act as our photographer at times. The tea factory was also very interesting. It was incredibly helpful, as the location is only accessible by car or bus!

Our trip to Sun Moon Lake was truly wonderful! Captain Cook was incredibly professional and enthusiastic, providing detailed explanations of Sun Moon Lake's history and unique attractions along the way. He also proactively helped everyone take photos and attended to individual needs, making the itinerary very relaxed and comfortable. The atmosphere throughout the trip was excellent, allowing everyone to feel secure and relaxed. Thank you, tour guide, for giving us such beautiful memories. We will definitely join again if we have the chance!

Our tour guide, Max, was the most valuable part of our trip. He was witty and humorous, and also very attentive to the elderly. Since we were traveling with our parents, Max even arranged routes suitable for seniors and could speak fluent English, which was great for explaining information to them. We all thoroughly enjoyed this one-day tour; the attractions were worthwhile, and the guide was excellent. We'll definitely come again!

Guide Mr Wang-Cook is very knowledgeable. He was able to share his knowledge about the vocations visited. Timing at each location was well managed which helped to ensure that we complete the tour and return on time.
