Megumi had given me quite an insight on the historical side of the buildings and structures around the city. it was an educational tour for me that will make me go research more on this wonderful city. the best of course was being able to eat the famous Hokkaido ice cream and fruit pie in between the walk that gave me energy after more than an hour of walking on a hot day. thank you, megumi for being a wonderful, pleasant and helpful tour guide!

Great experience. Easy to access from bus 1. We were alone for the session so it lasted 30-40 minutes but it was super nice and we left delighted with our handmade dyes. The owner speaks English well. A great souvenir of Sapporo.

Lots of options to choose from the platform. Hassle free booking and payment. The company contacted me several weeks before the tour, and again about 2-3 days before the tour. We got a Japanese driver, he really tried his best to communicate with us in english, since we are not able to speak Japanese. We sent the itinerary we planned on visiting beforehand, and the company made a rough itinerary which destinations are possible to visit within 10 hours of tour. Company was really communicative and helpful. Really recommend since we can adjust the itinerary according to our needs. 👍

Our guide Leo came well-prepared based on our requirements and gave us the best-customised tour which caters specifically to our liking. We managed to visit the place to get our choice of mechandise. We also visited the well anticipated Sapporo Beer Museum. We will recommend anyone who like a Sapporo full day tour to engage his service. Well done, looking forward to our next visit to Sapporo!

The tour was well organised. We were given about 3hrs to roam the grounds of the zoo which i initially thought would be too much but to my surprise it was just nice. Visited the lake as the itinerary and as i went there in winter, the lake is frozen but it's still beautiful with the light play. Do get snow spikes as it's challenging to walk on the slippery compacted snow.

Our guide Vivi was very friendly and helpful. She’s fluent in Chinese, Japanese, and English, and was able to explain everything really well. The places we visited were lovely, and we had ample time to explore. It was cloudy and windy when we went to Tulip Park, so it was a bit hard to take pictures, but nonetheless, it was a great trip and I’d definitely love to visit Tulip Park again next time. I especially loved Shibazakura Takinoue Park — the mountain was covered in pink, and it was absolutely beautiful. It smelled wonderful too! I also enjoyed the pink shibazakura ice cream, and we were able to see everything.

Jessica was a good guide. she gave the history of each place we visited. she was patient, accommodating & responsive. Gave us helpful tips. very pleasant. Wish there were more places to see.
