Spa reconfirms & advise pick up arrangement 1 day before & sends a nice big car to pick us from our lodging. Spa is clean & comfortable and we had a couple room for our 90 mins Swedish & deep tissue massage. The therapists were experienced and we had a good relaxing session. Friendly driver sends us back to our lodging after the sessions.

I really enjoyed the spa at La Luna, the massage was up to International standards, the environment was clean and neat.

Booking on Klook is very convenient. Although it showed that the earliest time to choose was the next day after payment, I was able to get a massage on the same day after contacting the store via email. 120 minutes for HKD 234 is a great value for the price.

best massage in Hoi An! therapist was caring, checking in regularly to ensure the right pressure. friendly service by the entire team. such a relaxing time, super value for money — with hot compress for the eyes, neck, hot stone for the back. my nails are also immaculately trimmed by them. not to forget the surprise fresh sweet mango treat at the end!

Klook had a rule that you can only book 24hrs in advance but I contacted the owner to book quite urgently and she said yes. She was really nice and made me comfortable at welcoming. The foot massage was great overall. I loved the spa's atmosphere, gentle & relaxing, for that the price was reasonable compared to other spas in this area.

We saw that there is herbal bath option here, which is rare after observing all the options on Klook and some physical stores in Hanoi. The price was also quite reasonable, we decided to have a herbal bath at this place before our late night train to Sapa as we just arrive Hanoi the same day. We think this is a good place for you to shower/wash up before a sleeper train or sleeper bus. The front desk guy was also really helpful and friendly. At first I was having some issue with the reservation timing on Klook but he slowly and patiently guided me through. He also offered us to dry our hair with their hair dryer after the bath. If you do not want the herbal bath option, they also have a shower option which you can book through rge physical store. Highly recommend getting a shower here before travelling.
