Our Mount Batur Jeep Sunrise Tour and Black Lava Tour was an amazing experience, made even better thanks to WAYANG. From the start, he was friendly, funny, and very sociable, making us feel comfortable and well taken care of. He is a confident and skilled driver who handled the rough terrain smoothly, so we felt safe throughout the journey.
Wayang went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed every moment. He checked in on us regularly and never rushed the tour. We especially appreciated how much effort he put into taking photos for us — he knew the best spots and patiently took multiple shots until they turned out exactly how we wanted. His guidance helped us capture beautiful memories of the sunrise and the black lava landscape.
What truly stood out was his positive attitude and genuine care for his guests. The Mount Batur sunrise was unforgettable, and having Wayang as our guide made the experience even more special. Highly recommended!

From departing early in the morning to catch the sunrise, wake up coffee at an unreal place and a surreal experience at the rice terrace was an absolutely pleasant and joyful tour with Dek Ari! I was a little bit late for the departure time but Dek showed such a calmness and paitence with smile on his face which made the start of my tour much more comfortable and relaxed. He is very nice and gentle and his drives soft with confidence. Communication was no problem and most importantly, he made sure to let me take my time and fully enjoy every single part of the tour! There was no rush! 1000% recommended going on tours with him. You will have such a great time and great time with him! Thanks Dek and you have a good day with him already!

We had an amazing experience with our driver and guide, Arta. He showed us everything, patiently explained every place, and was incredibly kind and attentive. Even though we spent a lot of time taking photos and sometimes stayed longer than planned, he was always patient and understanding. He shared interesting stories, answered all our questions, and was a great conversationalist. We truly appreciated his help and positive attitude. Highly recommend Arta!

This was such an amazing experience and the sights were beautiful. the weather was really hot at first so I recommend a lot of sunscreen as the sun was very intense, then it rained really hard by the time we did the sunset ritual. But our guide was so kind through it all and made sure we had a good time and felt great. Would totally recommend.

This tour package is perfect especially for first time visitors in Bali as you will be able to see and experience their most beautiful tourist destinations, not to mention that they’re UNESCO Heritage sites. Putra, our guide, did an excellent job. He arrived on time at our villa, was accommodating, proactive in providing us with knowledge about Bali and is a good English speaker. We didn’t have difficulty communicating with him as he does not only understand what we say easily, but he can also clearly express himself. The best part, he is a good photographer and videographer at the time! 😉 As a traveller, photos are very important to me since these are the memories I can look back to at anytime. He did take beautifil photos of me and my hubby and even took some videos that we can post as reels/social media content. 😉 I highly recommend not only this tour but our guide Putra as well. 💯

i booked for my parents this tour in bali and MADE ARSIDI was our guide. He did such a wonderful job bringing them around and taking awesome pictures of them. My parents said he was the best tour guide they have had. He drive safely, explained alot of things to them as well and made them feel very happy and comfortable 🤍 so happy that i booked this and so happy the guide was super good, highly recommend
