We had an amazing experience today, Endryk(eddy), our driver was punctual and right on time to pick us up from our hotel, we promptly went to the pickup point for our 4×4 jeep to mount batur site, our driver(edhy)of the 4×4 jeep was quite a skillful driver. we reached the sunrise view point by 5 am where we got our breakfast snacks and coffee to drink, sunrise promptly came and we took loads of stunning pictures, after experiencing that fabulous and breathtaking sunrise we headed down and met with our transit driver Endryk. She then took us to the coffee plantations where we understood the coffee culture of bali and much more. tasted several types of coffee, tea and chocolate. Major liking was for the lukwak coffee. After that Endryk took us to the ATV ride, it was an enthralling experience, WE LOVEED IT✨️. Following which Endryk finally dropped us back. Throughout, Endryk(eddy) our transit driver was quite hospitable, sweet and easy to communicate with. Overall lovely experience😁✨️👍

Booked for 4pax and had 2 separate jeeps instead of one, which i think is better option. Adi and Tony were our drivers and the ride up the mountain was bumpy but fun and and enjoyable. Both drivers were also superb photographers! They were able to get us into poses and captured the thousand stars! Unfortunately as the day breaks, it was too cloudy and we couldnt see a beautiful sunrise but the photos were still amazing.We also went to the lava stone area at the foot of the mountain, with a different landscape and beautiful views. However, there were too many flies and were quite annoying. Next we proceedes to Akasa Cafe, with another picturesque view of mount Batur. They serve very nice coffee and desserts. However, the flies were also everywhere and was difficult to enjoy the coffee and food. Overall, the family enjoyed the package tour as it was a unique ezperience.

This was such an amazing experience and the sights were beautiful. the weather was really hot at first so I recommend a lot of sunscreen as the sun was very intense, then it rained really hard by the time we did the sunset ritual. But our guide was so kind through it all and made sure we had a good time and felt great. Would totally recommend.

From departing early in the morning to catch the sunrise, wake up coffee at an unreal place and a surreal experience at the rice terrace was an absolutely pleasant and joyful tour with Dek Ari! I was a little bit late for the departure time but Dek showed such a calmness and paitence with smile on his face which made the start of my tour much more comfortable and relaxed. He is very nice and gentle and his drives soft with confidence. Communication was no problem and most importantly, he made sure to let me take my time and fully enjoy every single part of the tour! There was no rush! 1000% recommended going on tours with him. You will have such a great time and great time with him! Thanks Dek and you have a good day with him already!

Amazing value and our driver was Awan he was so nice and friendly and easy to contact. the ATV is the best around and so professional you have to do! The rafting was so beautiful and equally as fun! We also enjoyed the food and view at Cretya and even got a feed after the rafting 💗

This tour package is perfect especially for first time visitors in Bali as you will be able to see and experience their most beautiful tourist destinations, not to mention that they’re UNESCO Heritage sites. Putra, our guide, did an excellent job. He arrived on time at our villa, was accommodating, proactive in providing us with knowledge about Bali and is a good English speaker. We didn’t have difficulty communicating with him as he does not only understand what we say easily, but he can also clearly express himself. The best part, he is a good photographer and videographer at the time! 😉 As a traveller, photos are very important to me since these are the memories I can look back to at anytime. The excursion is definitely organized. We were well taken care of by our driver Gunawan and guide Lahni. This is a challenging hike both up and down due to the rocky volcanic terrain. The protective gloves and hiking pole that we were provided at the start proved to be very helpful. The weather was perfect at the peak and we arrived over an hour before sunrise. This would be my only complaint, as we could have left 1.5 hours later (allowing more time for sleep) and still peaked in time for sunrise. However, I understand they need to accommodate guests of all hiking speeds. Bring real grippy hiking shoes and a warm jacket for the peak!

i booked for my parents this tour in bali and MADE ARSIDI was our guide. He did such a wonderful job bringing them around and taking awesome pictures of them. My parents said he was the best tour guide they have had. He drive safely, explained alot of things to them as well and made them feel very happy and comfortable 🤍 so happy that i booked this and so happy the guide was super good, highly recommend

We had a lovely day out seeing many famous sites in Bali. Mertha was a great tour guide! He was so friendly and helpful throughout the day. He was also really flexible with the schedule to suit our needs and gave us advice when we needed it. He was also our personal photographer and took as many pictures as we wanted at each stop which was great! We really enjoyed the day and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ubud.
