Xi'an

I was looking for a customized tour in Xi’an for my family, including my parents who are in their late 60s. We needed an English-speaking guide and a driver who could take us comfortably to all the places we wanted to see. Thanks to Charley and Stella, the planning process was smooth! They helped us arrange the itinerary and even booked our high-speed rail tickets. Our driver, Mr. Li, was always on time and drove us safely to each location. The entire trip exceeded our expectations thanks to our English speaking tour guide, Helen. Her deep knowledge of Xi’an’s history and Chinese culture made every stop meaningful and exciting. She kept the trip fun, engaging, and full of wonderful moments. Special shoutout to Helen! If anyone wants to truly learn about Chinese culture and the rich history of Xi’an, I highly recommend Helen!

The overall experience was satisfactory, and the itinerary was completed on time. I especially appreciate the carefulness and professionalism of Cheng Mengmeng (East Line)/Jing Jing (Hukou)/Xiao Liu (Huashan) who saved a lot of time. Some feedbacks hope that the hotel can improve: Four Diamond Hotel (Hanguang) booked a non-smoking room, but was given a room with a strong smell of smoke on site. The immediate response changed to a smaller room, but the Internet was not connected and the shower room would leak 😆. The transportation bus was very comfortable with VIP first-class cabins for two days, and some cars were very ordinary. I hope the tour guide can promote the use of headphones by passengers on the bus instead of turning on the loudspeaker to watch videos, and passengers who need to rest can have a good rest. In terms of itinerary: Maoling said that it was free to participate, but the local tour guide still asked us to buy tickets and pay to enter the park. There was a worship ceremony at the Mausoleum of the Yellow Emperor. The yellow scarf was not charged in advance, so everyone hung it. At the end, it was said that it was RM10 per scarf, which was not a good feeling. Other charges and performances were clearly informed in advance, and guests can add them freely.

We booked a tour to the Terracotta Warriors through Klook, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. Though the crowd was huge, we enjoyed. Our guide, Luna, was fantastic-friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely professional throughout the trip. She managed everything efficiently, from organizing transport to handling tickets, and provided detailed background on the history and significance of the Terracotta Army. What made it special was how she explained everything in a simple, engaging way that kept everyone interested. Luna also went the extra mile to help with answer all our questions patiently, and made sure we were comfortable at every step especially for us as we have visited with a child and an infant. Truly grateful for her effort in making the day memorable. Highly recommend this tour—and if you get Luna as your guide, consider yourself lucky!

Such a fun experience! Must do when visiting Xi’an. Our tour guide Chelsea was amazing. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Offered detailed answers when we had questions and recommended great tips for our trip. Will definitely recommend people book this tour. Pickup and drop off were smooth and easy to follow. Overall it was a very enjoyable tour!

Mount Huashan is a must-visit for any traveler looking for a blend of adventure, culture, and stunning natural beauty. Thanks to the guide and seamless transfer, although this trip is chinese speaking, I use my phone interpreter and the quide use wechat translation. we were able to enjoy the mountain scenery and fantastic views, be prepare for the many stairs ascending and descending that are steep.

Excellent service. They arrived on time as scheduled near the hotel. I don't speak Chinese, but using a translation app was no problem. You don't have to walk with the tour group the whole time. You can walk around on your own and meet up with the group at the designated time and place at the Starbucks exit.

Everything is good. The guide was there early to engage thd group. The guide give good and detail explanation of the key exhibits.

Fantastic day out with Emily our guide who expertly navigated us through the Great Wild Goose Pagoda, Terracotta Army and Huaqing Palace. She knows the best photo ops and lunch spot! Also special thanks for recommending we add the Silk Road performance to end our day, and helping us purchase tickets for the best seats. Everything was made seamless, thank you Emily!
