It was an insightful, informative and amazing experience visiting Terracotta Warriors. Alisa is a fantastic guide. She was very knowledgeable and patiently answered all the questions from the participants today. The tour starts from 9am and ends at 3pm & also includes lunch I.e Biang Biang noodles. The tour covers 3 pits and a museum & thereafter you can continue to shop or go for their VR experience (CNY100/pax). We took the latter and it encapsulates what Alisa had shared with us throughout the tour. The VR helps with the visualization and you feel as if you’re right there in the Qin dynasty! The entire place itself mimics the layout of the area back in the olden days. The VR is also in English and you can follow through the historical journey! Ample shopping in the surrounding area and lots of food too inclusive of halal options. I’ve learnt a lot thru Alisa today and would recommend her as your English tour guide. Thanks Alisa’

our guide Haohao (浩浩) was a funny, professional and knowledgeable guide! Really enjoyed both the terracotta and the huaqingchi trip. the VR experience add-on was amazing as well - a super immersive experience! great tour overall

The tour was very good but extremely tiring. We traveled from the west to the north in the morning, and it took a few hours to make our way down. The views were absolutely amazing, yet also quite terrifying at times, as some of the steps were very steep and required constant caution.
This tour is definitely not recommended for the elderly, as it demands a lot of movement, strength, and careful footing to complete the climb. Although the trip was cold and nerve-racking, the breathtaking scenery—and the many cats you’ll encounter along the way—made the entire journey 100% worth it.

dinner is interesting with some of the actors being interactive. the dishes are pretty but please don’t expect it to be a Michelin star restaurant. I like the show thru out the dinner as it has a theme which is good.

The Shaanxi Museum Guide Ms Nana was very knowledgeable and explained the exhibit at Hall 4, 6 and 7 in details to us. The whole tour took abt 3hrs. For the camel bell show, we enjoyed it very much and the driver pick us up and drop us off at the hotel. Both segments were planned well and the agent contacted me one day in advance via WA with the details. Highly recommended.

Excellent service. They arrived on time as scheduled near the hotel. I don't speak Chinese, but using a translation app was no problem. You don't have to walk with the tour group the whole time. You can walk around on your own and meet up with the group at the designated time and place at the Starbucks exit.

We had a private tour in Xi’an visiting the Terracotta Army, the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda, and Huaqing Palace, and it was an outstanding experience — mainly thanks to our guide, Sophia.
Sophia has a deep knowledge of Chinese history and the sites we visited, explaining everything clearly and in a very engaging way. She is extremely intelligent, well-informed, friendly, and attentive, always making us feel comfortable and involved throughout the tour.
What made the experience even more special was her genuine curiosity and interest in Brazilian culture. She asked thoughtful questions and created a real cultural exchange, which made the tour feel personal and meaningful, not just informational.
The places themselves are incredible, but they became even better with Sophia’s guidance. We also appreciated our driver, Mr. Wang, who was professional and kind.
We truly loved this tour and highly recommend Sophia to anyone visiting Xi’an.

Iris is a very great guide. She attended to all my questions via wechat as I was bringing an 18 month old baby. We used a stroller at Terracotta (minimal lifting required) and a baby carrier at the Huaqing palace. She paid attention to our needs throughout the tour and allowed us to take a break in the bus. Furthermore she even helped us get back earlier by didi as we didnt take the whole tour because of our baby though we didn't mind waiting as that is the last tour for the group. It was a great tour and these are must see places.
