The transaction with the customer service representative is easy. I think you can go ahead of your schedule as they still accepted mine even I was half an hour early.

For the price I paid, it’s an excellent experience! The tour guide, Andrew, is really insightful and kind. Every stop has bathroom breaks and all the places we visited are really nice. I will definitely come back in the summer to do another tour!

We had a amazing experience on the Best of Banff National Park tour with Angel as our guide. Angel was incredibly kind, friendly, and knowledgeable throughout the entire day. Compared to many similar tours, the price was very reasonable, especially considering the beautiful locations we visited and the quality of the experience. The tour guide, Kenneth, was friendly and caring. He walked up to the Peyto Lake view point with us. He could have taken a break at each stop. He even drove back and turned his van around because we spotted bears in the wood along the highway.

The tour leader was very kind, humorous, and proficient in both Chinese and English. Their professional knowledge was very rich; they could even explain in detail why the lakes in the Rocky Mountains are particularly blue. Thanks again for the itinerary arrangement - it was very enjoyable!

it was great trip with Jack. He was so nice, kind and friendly. it was so much fun. it is kinda hard to get ice field. but i don't feel too tired. it was worth it. Thank you for this nice trip with this tour.
