A more accommodating and well versed english speaking guide will do the trick since the driver is also the tour guide is difficult to do both tasks. A more informative and a more sense a humor could have a 5 star. the guide tho has knowledgeable of the places and has good time management

Most tour packages operate with Peyto Lake and Lake Louise separately, but this tour is designed to visit all of Banff's famous lakes, making it a very substantial and cost-effective option for short-term travelers. We especially want to thank Gordon, who, despite driving and guiding from 7 AM until after 8 PM, never lost his smile while providing viewpoint information and even helping with photos. He even provided water and snacks.

We highly recommend the Banff Four Lakes tour! Even though some of the lakes weren't fully thawed in mid-to-late May, it was still incredibly moving. Our guide, Kenneth, was so thoughtful and professional; he even provided us with ice cleats to ensure our safety while walking on the ice.

I had to book this tour urgently on the same morning because another tour was canceled, and I'm so grateful to the tour company for confirming my reservation. Also, thank you to Lam, our guide, for being considerate of my poor English and for taking great pictures. Our guide was so kind and cheerful. The other travelers who joined us were also great. I almost ruined the first day of my trip due to the sudden cancellation of the previous tour, but I was able to spend a happy day thanks to this tour. The content and structure of this tour are much better than tours operated by Koreans. Highly recommended! 👍

It was raining in Calgary on the day of the tour, but our guide, Patrick, planned the itinerary perfectly. He took us to Moraine Lake, which required a bit of walking, while it wasn't raining, and then to other scenic spots. Each lake we visited had its own unique charm and beauty! The guide and driver were both very friendly and enthusiastic ❤️. The only downside was that the car windows weren't clean enough to take good photos while driving! 😅

The tour with guide Jacky was absolutely wonderful! She always greeted us with a smile, was very kind, and even though I went alone and asked her to take many photos, she took great ones! I highly recommend her!!

Joined the tour on Aug 29 - tour guide Lam is very knowledgeable- here arrived pick up location on time. took care of everyone well by providing us with Water and snacks, and took amazing pictures for all of us. definitely recommend this tour!
