The hotel upgraded me, and the room had a balcony where I could enjoy the open view while eating breakfast. The hotel location is good, near Cambridge train station. The hotel decoration is beautiful, and the rooms are large, especially compared to hotels of a similar price where I stayed in London before. Plus, the hotel found out it was my birthday and gave me a small gift. Very satisfied.

It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Although the weather was chilly, we were provided with warm bottles and blankets, which made the ride comfortable and cozy. The guide was excellent in his explanations, sharing fascinating facts about each university as we passed by. He also recommended some must-try food spots, and they turned out to be fantastic. The ride itself was smooth, and we had plenty of time to take photos. Watching the adorable ducks in the water added to the charm. The majestic buildings were truly impressive, especially when paired with the engaging stories behind them. It’s definitely a must-do activity when in Cambridge.

Both Cambridge and Oxford was lovely, located 2 hours drive away (by coach) from London. Our guide was Dan and she's very clear and informative. Coach was comfortable. I personally prefer Cambridge over Oxford due to lesser crowds. Limited time given to explore each places. Overall this day tour was enjoyable

Easy to use, app is simple and provides good info on train routes etc. A bit pricey at first, but you if you don’t have definite plans and prebooked train tickets months before, will recommend getting this to avoid variable prices.

Very easy to download QR quote( Britrail ticket/pass) to phone. Convenient n cheap way to use it for hopping from one city to another.

I have gone to Manchester and Liverpool from London by using this ticket, very convenient. No reservation is needed.

I purchased a three-day train ticket this time. The three days don't have to be used consecutively, which makes the itinerary more flexible. You'll receive a QR code by registering your usage dates on the website via the email link. Simply scan the code at the station gate to enter. Please register at least 2 days in advance of your travel date. You'll get one QR code per day, so I registered for 3 different codes. On the first day, I traveled from the airport to Paddington, then to Bristol. On the second day, I visited Bath and Oxford. On the third day, I returned to London from Bristol. I recommend reserving a seat for the journey from Bristol to London, as the train tends to be crowded. The ticket includes one free seat reservation, which I found to be sufficient, as there were plenty of seats on the other train journeys.
