Urumqi Multi-day tours

The tour brought us an amazing Xinjiang. This tour was really well-organized with details of destinations,weather,dress codes. The tour guide XiaoZhou took care of us very warmly. He introduced about the destinations in details as well as the safety warnings. He aslo gave us many recommendations and tips when we needed to by souvenirs in Urumqi.

This group tour was an excellent experience, truly a perfect trip. The hotel accommodations were top-notch, with clean, comfortable rooms and complete facilities, providing an excellent place to rest after a day of sightseeing. The business car seats were also very comfortable, and the tour guide drove smoothly, promptly answering any questions we had. The customer service also deserves praise; any questions or requests were answered promptly and patiently, filling us with confidence about the trip before we even left. From the accommodation to the tour guide and the customer service, every aspect of this group tour was impeccable, turning all my expectations for the trip into complete satisfaction and surprise. I look forward to having such a wonderful experience again.

This trip was very enjoyable. Although there was a wide age range in our group, everyone got along remarkably well. The itinerary was also well-planned and not too tiring. The hotels were all mid-to-high end with excellent hygiene. Our driver, Shen Kequan, also acted as our guide. He was quietly efficient and didn't talk too much. My mother is elderly and not very mobile, and he helped her with her luggage throughout the trip, which greatly added to the positive experience.

An absolutely fantastic trip. The scenery at Kanas, Hemu, and Sayram Lake was stunning. We saw a beautiful sunrise in Hemu, and were lucky enough to catch the sunrise and a sea of clouds at Sayram Lake for two days. The driver was young, close in age to the girls in our group, very humorous, a skilled driver, a professional at taking portraits, and the restaurants he took us to had excellent food! The members of the group were all young women, and everyone was very nice and easy to get along with. The accommodations were generally the nicer local hotels, and I especially loved the Atour S hotel we stayed at in Urumqi on the last day. Overall, it was a small group with extremely high value for the price, and I'd go again if I have the chance.

Itinerary: The itinerary is well-planned, with each scenic spot offering unique and beautiful views. Accommodation options: The location is great. It would be nice to have more variety for breakfast. Tour guide: Very nice, professional, responsible, enthusiastic, and thoughtful, providing a wonderful experience. Transportation options: There were different views along the way. The entire ride was comfortable, and the vehicle was fully equipped. Attractions: Breathtakingly beautiful.

Overall, the experience of this trip through Klook was quite good. Although there were some discrepancies between the itinerary and the original plan, the butler was very responsible, responsive, and actively assisted in coordinating and resolving issues, allowing the entire trip to proceed smoothly. The driver was experienced, very familiar with road conditions, drove steadily, and was humorous, making the long journey easy and enjoyable. Overall, the service team's professionalism and dedication made up for the shortcomings in the arrangements, and it was still a memorable trip.

There were no shopping trips or hidden fees, which was great. Our driver and guide, Mr. Zhang, was also very responsible. The hotels were decent, especially the log cabins in Hemu, which were very nice, but the cleanliness of the hotels could be improved. Overall, it was pretty good.

I highly recommend Zhang Wei, the guide from Xinjiang Story! He's extremely reliable and took us to some amazing hidden gems that exceeded our expectations. He also proactively helped us take photos and was as caring as a friend. He was humorous and engaging throughout the trip, making it a very pleasant experience. Highly recommended!

We are extremely grateful to have had Master Ma Ming Qiang 马明强 with us throughout our Xinjiang trip. He is friendly, approachable, and incredibly reliable! the kind of driver who immediately makes you feel safe and comfortable. There were days when the road was misty and visibility was low, but he remained calm, attentive, and highly professional, getting us to every destination safely. Without him, the trip would definitely not have been the same. He is also very attentive to our needs, always checking in on us and making sure we were comfortable. Every day felt fun and enjoyable because he would share stories, explain local culture, and even go the extra mile to bring us to beautiful spots we didn’t even expect. We truly appreciate his effort and his warm personality. He is honestly very very very good! highly recommended! Our Xinjiang trip was so much more memorable because of him. 👍👍🙌🙌
