Things to do in Taichung

What a meaningful and wonderful trip! What i like the most is Alisha, our tour guide of today! She explain everything very well, also helpful and easy to reach.. She has a beautiful voice haha.. she sing two songs for us.. The provided lunch is also good and well packed! Everything is also on time.. We don't have to worry about time because they arrange it well. As a traveler, this is one of the trip that i will remember.. The trip, the tour guide, and the friends that i met hahahaa.. Well done!

Had fun in our trip. Our guide was Cipher Wang. She was very enthusiastic and great at explaining our destinations and various related trivia. Her tips on how to go about the trip was very helpful. Though we had limited time in each area, the tour was worth it as we covered a lot of places in Taichung considering some of the attractions were far from each other. Make sure to check and keep within the alloted time in each area to prevent delays. Overall had a great time. Will book again when we come back in Taipei.

Huge thanks to Libbie for such a spectacular day! This tour is a masterclass in efficient, high-value sightseeing. Starting directly from Ximending saved us so much time and hassle, allowing us to dive straight into the beauty of Taichung. The itinerary is perfectly paced. Zhongshe Flower Market was a vibrant sea of color, and the artistic charm of Rainbow Village felt like walking through a living painting. A major highlight was Miyahara; the Harry Potter-esque architecture is breathtaking, and the ice cream lived up to the massive hype! We ended the day at Gaomei Wetlands, which was pure magic. Watching the sunset over the windmills while the sky reflected perfectly on the water was a core memory moment. Libbie was professional, knowledgeable, and kept everything running like clockwork. If you want a stress-free way to see Taiwan’s most iconic spots with a fantastic guide, this is it. Five stars all the way!

We had a wonderful experience visiting Sun Moon Lake and Qingjing Farm, thanks to our guide Ken. He did a truly marvelous job throughout the trip. Ken was very friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. He reached early to pick us up at our Taichung hotel and we really appreciate it. He shared interesting information about the places we visited and ensure we had enough time to explore. He also took the initiative to help us take many great photos during the trip. We really appreciated his professionalism and warm personality. If you are planning a trip to Sun Moon Lake and Qingjing Farm, we highly recommend Ken as your guide!

Klook offers discounted tickets for 1 adult and 1 child at $1315, which is cheaper than buying tickets on-site and includes a bonus Starbucks coupon. During the Mid-Autumn Festival holiday, I took my child to Mala Bay for the first time. I recommend starting with the Lazy River and the inflatable water park (life jackets required for both adults and children). The double-rider waterslide at Abu Bay is also fun and exciting.

We truly enjoyed our visit to Taichung Natural Science Museum with our son. The interactive exhibits were fun, educational, and perfect for kids. A great place for family bonding and learning together

The staff is very friendly. There were very few people visiting two days before Lunar New Year's Eve (Saturday), so we could enjoy ourselves to the fullest! We happened to catch a Klook buy-one-get-one-free ticket deal, which was super cost-effective! Children above elementary school age can be left to play on their own, and there are parent seating areas outside each zone. Parents of elementary school-aged children don't need to waste money buying companion tickets. There is also a small outdoor children's playground in the plaza on the first floor, where you can purchase a voucher for six amusement facilities. The original price is NT$300, but the add-on price is only NT$240. Convenience of booking with Klook: High. You can buy and redeem it for immediate use on-site, which is more cost-effective than buying tickets on-site! Facilities: Many Experience: Great. The kids played from 1:40 PM until almost 6:00 PM in the evening before leaving.

Online ticket purchase is convenient and cheaper, but you need to redeem a physical ticket on-site. There are absolutely no dull moments, and the performance is excellent! The horses are also well-cared for; their coats are shiny. Highly recommend experiencing it; adults, children, and the elderly will all enjoy it! The cost-performance ratio is very high. Photos are allowed on-site, but no video recording or flash photography.

Experience: kids enjoyed themselves in the outdoor Jurassic Park with dinosaurs and us walking and explorer like an explorer. Price: still affordable for a big walking and hiking area.
