Our ride on the Taiwan High Speed Rail from Chiayi to Taipei was an excellent experience from start to finish. The train departed right on time, and the entire journey felt incredibly smooth and efficient. The seats were clean, comfortable, and had plenty of legroom, making it easy to relax and enjoy the ride. We were especially impressed by how quiet and well-maintained everything was. The large windows gave us a nice view of Taiwan’s scenery as we sped north. What really stood out was how fast and convenient the trip was—what would normally take hours by car felt quick and stress-free. The staff were also polite and helpful, adding to the overall positive experience. Overall, it was a very comfortable, reliable, and enjoyable way to travel across Taiwan. They provide water and tissues. It's a 2 hour and 30 minute journey to Kenting! One night in Kenting isn't enough. You should stay for at least two nights!

I bought this to come to Taipei for my trip to Singapore. Be careful, as hotel prices in Taiwan change based on market rates on weekends. Still, I got to see Shifen Waterfall, which I missed on my last visit to Taipei, so it was okay.
