Had a really fun day feeding the animals! Loved that we could pet the capybaras and feed so many of the animals, especially the red panda. The animal food is a bit overpriced, but understandable since it helps with the upkeep of the zoo. Overall, we had a great time and enjoyed the whole experience.

Your experience might also depend on your driver and I'm lucky to have Mr. Kou Fuku with us that day. He drove safely and has a lot of life experience and was very fun to talk to. He is also fluent in English, Chinese, Cantonese, Japanese.

Tom was a great tour guide who made sure we completed all the activities on time. The tour was well organized and we managed to see the zakura matsuri in full bloom. The driver also drove safely. We took the tour on February 16th.

We had a wonderful experience on this tour, made even better by our excellent guide, Lin Chenxuan. He was punctual and well-prepared, which set a positive tone for the day. Lin was also warm, pleasant, and easy to talk to, making everyone feel comfortable and welcome. Throughout the tour, he was attentive and highly responsive to our requests, adjusting the pace and details to suit our group’s interests. Questions were answered clearly and patiently, and small thoughtful touches showed genuine care for our experience. Everything ran smoothly and stress-free, allowing us to fully enjoy each stop without feeling rushed. It was a well-organized, enjoyable tour, and the guide’s professionalism and friendly attitude truly made a difference. We would happily recommend this tour and guide to anyone looking for a reliable and enjoyable experience.

Fantastic 5.0
The tour guide and driver for this trip was Andy, and he managed the time very well. While he wasn't the type to enthusiastically introduce history and culture on the bus, his calm demeanor allowed me to quietly enjoy the beautiful scenery along the way. As for the Izu sightseeing spots, whether it was the mountains or the coast, most of them were great, beautiful, and dependent on luck (weather). The only thing I wasn't so keen on was the tourist train. Most of the route goes through tunnels, and the time when beautiful sea views are visible from the window is actually quite short, so I personally don't think it's very worthwhile. If there's a next time, I wouldn't choose a tour with a tourist train. Sharing my experience for your reference!

This is a less chosen destination, but Izu Peninsula is a really worthwhile visit. I could imagine Mt. Omuro will be more beautiful in spring and summer when its grass is green! Our guide Olivia made things extra special with her kindness, helpfulness, and extraordinary language skills. Til next time!

This was an amazing Shizouka Sakura day trip. Our tour guide was Tom and he was kind and thoughtful! He guided us well in the trip and we really had fun with the early sakura bloom! 🌸I would recommend this trip if your visiting Japan for the month of February and will not be able to come by March. The Kawazu-Sakura was really beautiful we had enough time in Kawazu for 100 minutes to stroll around Kawazu River and had more sightseeing with the Sakura canopy! Photos were taken February 15, 2026 for future travel reference of Sakura. 🌸🌸🌸Our first stop was Ema Strawberry Picking Center in Izu, followed by Shuzenji Little Kyoto - Bamboo Path, Shuzenji Temple, we had our Japanese pork chop set for lunch in Shuzenji Takitei Onsen Hotel then 30 minutes time for Onsen. And last part of the trip was Kawazu Cherry Blossom Festival. 🌸🌸🌸

Serina is very thoughtful, always attentive to our needs, and meticulously arranges every aspect of the itinerary. Throughout the trip, she provided detailed explanations of the unique features of each attraction, which helped us better understand them. She managed the time very well, ensuring that we were neither rushed nor short on time to appreciate each attraction, and that we didn't miss any important sights, making the entire travel experience very pleasant and fulfilling.
