The price is cheap, and the location is right outside the JR station, making transportation extremely convenient. In addition, after check-out, you can use the self-service luggage storage. The bathtub is large, and bath salts are provided with a lovely scent. There's really nothing to complain about. Highly recommended!

Very close to the Astronomical Museum streetcar station, with convenient shopping nearby. The rooms are spacious enough to fully open two medium-sized suitcases in each room. The rooms are equipped with electronic wardrobes that can disinfect and dry clothes, which is very convenient.

The hotel's location is superb, right next to the JR station, just a minute or two walk, which is very convenient! Whether you're taking the Shinkansen, local lines, or transferring to other cities, it saves a lot of time. For those traveling with luggage, this location is perfect. The rooms are clean and spacious, with good soundproofing, so you won't find it noisy even though it's near the station. The front desk staff are friendly, and check-in and check-out are quick. There are convenience stores, restaurants, and coffee shops near the hotel, so you don't have to worry about finding food when you return at night. Overall, the accommodation experience is excellent, with a perfect score for location and convenience. If you want to stay near the JR station, this hotel is definitely a recommended choice, and I will definitely stay here again!

I was so satisfied with my first night that I booked consecutive nights. As expected, for a hotel in this price range with good accessibility and cleanliness, Coco Hotel is the only option. I'm definitely planning on using it again for my next trip to Kagoshima.

There was a bit of language barrier with the staff during check in and getting a ticket for parking. Other than that pretty good, had a view of the volcano from the hotel room.

10/10 experience. Wonderful and accommodating staff that were eager to help clientele. They perfectly explained the accommodations in both English and Japanese. There was a free curry dinner for the first 30 customers and every single floor offered a pillow menu with stone pillows. Rooms were large and extremely comfortable. the location was very accessible, my partner and I walked from Kagoshima chuo station in approx. 8-10 minutes while carrying our bags weighing 30 pounds or so. we also walked straight from the hotel to the sakurajima ferry and found an absolutely delicious shabu shabu restaurant a 5 minute walk away. loved our experience from beginning to end. highly reccomend!

The hotel is a little far from Kagoshima JR Station and needs to be reached by train or bus, but it provides free midnight snacks. After taking a bath, you can get popsicles or Yakult for free, which is a great little blessing.

The room had a gorgeous view of Sakurajima and was quite spacious. The location was also near the beach though we didn't take advantage of that. There was a pachinko place across the road with bright flashing lights in the evening but they turned the lights off around 10pm. Parking validation has to be done every time you exit and reenter the parkade.
