Katie is amazing!! Made this trip such an unforgettable experience! The price was very reasonable. The programme was relaxed yet covered everything with a few breaks allowing free time. One of the highlights of our tour was the Alpaca World and Nami Island. We really enjoyed feeding the alpacas and exploring the entire place. At Nami Island, we relaxed and tried biking around the area. Even though the leaves had already fallen, it was still stress-free and the place was still beautiful. We also had so much fun with our tour guide, Jordan — he’s the best tour guide! We will definitely come back and include this tour again next time.

I highly recommend this tour. I would also like to give kuddos to our tour guide, Yoon. He was very communicative, passionate, and energetic! He greeted us with a smile, gave us detailed instructions per place, and he also gave us a 3+1 package by including the alpaca trip tour our itinerary. All the places we went to were great, but unfortunately the ice at Eobi Village has started to melt when we went there.

Judy was an excellent guide, constantly keeping the tour group energized with her lively attitude, and she did a great job explaining the various attractions in detail. Tours into the DMZ area have a regulated timing of up to 3 hours, so understandably but also unfortunately (through no fault of the tour), the itinerary feels slightly rushed. But it was a good trip overall to get to know more about the DMZ and to experience the tensions between the North and South in person.

We met our tour guide Jesse, a very nice and energetic Korean guy, at Hongdae in the early morning and left for a 12-hour tour!!! The tour includes 4 tourist spots: Eobi Valley, Alpaca World, Nami Island and Garden of Morning Calm. Jesse arranged everyting perfectly from the email before the tour, lunch places and advices the routes in every spot. My friend and I really enjoying touring with Jesse!!!l

Our tour guide was Landon! He is a fluent bilingual guide in both English and Chinese. Because there were travelers in the group who spoke Chinese and English, every guided explanation was first given in English and then in Chinese, which was really appreciated. For lunch, the Chuncheon stir-fried chicken was much better than expected. Photos of the restaurant and prices are attached, and lunch is at your own expense. The restaurant was very clean. Basically, the only extra expense for the whole trip was lunch, and in Chuncheon, there are only stir-fried chicken restaurants to eat at, so I suggest following the tour guide. If you go cycling on the rail bike in winter, wear as many warm clothes as possible! You must bring a hooded down jacket, two layers of pants, earmuffs, gloves, and heat packs because it's very, very cold when cycling against the wind!

Excellent. The guide is very knowledgeable. There are many tour packages to choose from. The place is worth visiting. Travel is convenient because it's with a tour. A worthwhile experience to go on at least once on a trip to Korea. Hopefully, I can return to Panmunjom on the day it reopens.

The itinerary was tight, and unfortunately, the temperature rose, so there wasn't much snow scenery. However, we could still have snowball fights and build snowmen, which was a lot of fun. The tour guide, Apollo, was humorous and witty. He speaks English and Mandarin. The lunch restaurant on Nami Island was a bit pushy with their sales, for example: three people had to order three servings of soy sauce stir-fried chicken, and couldn't order two servings and add other food. The tour members complained quite a bit about this. One serving was 16,000 won, which isn't cheap. Also, the potato pancake was very oily, and one serving cost 15,000 won, which wasn't worth it at all. The alpaca farm had different animals, such as rabbits, camels, eagles, deer, etc. You can feed the alpacas and rabbits, which the children loved 💕. Because the temperature had risen for several days, a lot of the ice on the ice field had melted, which was a bit of a pity. Otherwise, the scenery would have been even more beautiful. The fish cakes next to the gift shop, two skewers for 3,000 won, were very good. It's worth tasting the hot and delicious food in winter.

Lena was very energetic throughout the day, trying her very best to speak in Mandarin to cater to only Chinese-speaking tourists in the group, whether is it during normal casual conversations or when she was explaining the history of the place we were going to. Her effort was very commendable! She also helped the group take awesome photos! Not forgetting our very handsome driver, who brought us from place to place safely. Highly recommended to engage them for a good time here in Korea!
