We thought the highlight would be the mud bath (which was amazing), but the complimentary tour turned out to be even better! Our guide was so friendly and helped us learn about Māori culture and the incredible volcanic area. Such great Kiwi warmth and friendliness!

it was fun activity after a hike. the hot water soothes the body ache from the hike. the pools and shower area are clean. the staff are nice and helpful.

such an amazing experience, we really enjoyed our time here. the facilities are clean, the staff are very nice and accomodating. we came back two days in a row. the cold plunge is also very good to cool off.

Probably the best experience my family had in NZ.. This canopy tour and zip line is a smash!! The trail was out of the world scenic and we felt really safe in the hands of the guides.. Jake was amazing and friendly.. Will highly recommend this canopy trip if you ever want to do it once

the rapids were rapid but the guides were very detailed and reassuring in their instructions during the brief. wasn't cold too because they provided layers and booties. really have to just bring along swimwear to wear inside and a towel to dry off after.

My family and I enjoyed this activity so much (and I was the only one with kayaking experience) 🤍 Wasn’t able to take any photos tho because they recommended to leave all of our important stuff in the van. Our guide, Ellen, was so nice and patient with us, and the view was breathtaking! I definitely recommend!

It was safe, professional and so much fun. They knew what they were absolutely doing at all times and we never doubted that they would take absolute good care of us.

our guide Malcom made us feel at ease and safe at all times. we had a few first timers and this grade 5 activity was quite manageable.

The breakfast was great! The automatic pancake machine was fun to use, and the pancakes were delicious. Plus, the staff was very friendly and even helped us microwave our food. Woolworths is just across the street, which is great for browsing and shopping.
