Booked for 4pax and had 2 separate jeeps instead of one, which i think is better option. Adi and Tony were our drivers and the ride up the mountain was bumpy but fun and and enjoyable. Both drivers were also superb photographers! They were able to get us into poses and captured the thousand stars! Unfortunately as the day breaks, it was too cloudy and we couldnt see a beautiful sunrise but the photos were still amazing.We also went to the lava stone area at the foot of the mountain, with a different landscape and beautiful views. However, there were too many flies and were quite annoying. Next we proceedes to Akasa Cafe, with another picturesque view of mount Batur. They serve very nice coffee and desserts. However, the flies were also everywhere and was difficult to enjoy the coffee and food. Overall, the family enjoyed the package tour as it was a unique ezperience.

I had an amazing experience with the 10 Hours Ubud Custom Charter Car. My driver, Oka, was incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. He helped me plan my route, recommended great spots, and made the whole trip feel very safe and comfortable. Hello, we embarked on a Mount Batur tour during our Bali trip with high hopes. Although we traveled during the rainy season, we were lucky enough that it didn't rain, allowing us to take great photos with wonderful scenery. In particular, we sincerely thank Coco, who provided very satisfactory service throughout the tour with fluent English and a very kind attitude. It was a very meaningful experience to have such an impressive time. If you are traveling to Bali, be sure to apply for the tour and ask for Coco. It will be a choice you won't regret. This was such an amazing experience and the sights were beautiful. the weather was really hot at first so I recommend a lot of sunscreen as the sun was very intense, then it rained really hard by the time we did the sunset ritual. But our guide was so kind through it all and made sure we had a good time and felt great. Would totally recommend.

From departing early in the morning to catch the sunrise, wake up coffee at an unreal place and a surreal experience at the rice terrace was an absolutely pleasant and joyful tour with Dek Ari! I was a little bit late for the departure time but Dek showed such a calmness and paitence with smile on his face which made the start of my tour much more comfortable and relaxed. He is very nice and gentle and his drives soft with confidence. Communication was no problem and most importantly, he made sure to let me take my time and fully enjoy every single part of the tour! There was no rush! 1000% recommended going on tours with him. You will have such a great time and great time with him! Thanks Dek and you have a good day with him already!

We had an absolutely wonderful time. Our driver, Andyana, was excellent! He was punctual, contacting us the day before to confirm the pick-up time, which we greatly appreciated. He was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond when he suggested an affordable place to buy souvenirs and kindly offered to drive us there and wait while we shopped, even though it wasn't part of our original itinerary. We were also pleasantly surprised that a coffee plantation was part of our itinerary! We really had a fun time tasting different kinds of coffee and tea, and it was fascinating to see the process of how Luwak coffee is made. The ATV experience was so fun and thrilling! A blast and a little scary at the same time, which added to the excitement! Our ATV tour guide, Rama, was also fantastic. He was very friendly and made sure to keep us safe, telling us to be extra careful when the road got particularly bumpy. It was a memorable and truly fun experience!

My first trip to Bali was a huge success! Our guide, Putu, was so kind and showed us around all day long. He was very knowledgeable about the tourist attractions we visited, such as Kanto Lampo Waterfall and Tirta Empul Temple, and it was fun to hear about the temple's traditions and old stories. I mentioned that I liked mangosteen while we were driving, and he remembered and surprised us by buying some while we were shopping at a Luwak coffee shop. I was so touched! It was so delicious. At the waterfall, he took us to scenic spots and took a lot of pictures. He recommended an affordable place with pretty dresses for the Bali swing, which my friend really wanted to do. There were many photo spots, so we were able to enjoy taking pictures. He also took pictures for us, carried our luggage, and took care of us all day long. I needed to exchange money urgently, and he kindly found an exchange office for me. Sometimes it rained, so he freely changed the order of the schedule, and in the end, he even watched our luggage for us at Credia Beach Club, which we wanted to visit the most. He catered to all our needs, so we were able to have a free and enjoyable time. Thank you, Putu, for making my first trip to Bali a happy one. Our guide, Putu, was a very kind and friendly person. If I come to Bali again next time, I would like to ask him for guidance again.
