This was a pleasant and wonderful trip. Although the group members came from different places, we quickly became a team under the guidance of the tour leader. Although it was a once-in-a-lifetime experience, we all enjoyed this trip during the 2 days. Thanks to the tour leader (Xiao Xi) for the careful planning, which allowed us to have enough time in Kamikochi and Tateyama Kurobe. In this magnificent natural environment, we leisurely enjoyed the beautiful scenery with our eyes, breathed in phytoncides with our noses, felt the vitality of nature with our hearts, and used the camera to help us remember this touching moment! The hot spring hotel (Chikuma-kan) where we stayed at night is also highly recommended, with large room space, rich breakfast and dinner (Japanese style), large public bath, hot spring, and tranquility, allowing you to fully rest and restore your strength to recharge for the second day of the trip! Thanks to the tour leader and all the partners, this was a wonderful trip.

Thoroughly enjoyed the trip! Kamikochi is beautiful on a sunny day. We walked from Taisho pond to Kappabashi bridge and the view was majestic! The weather at Tateyama Kurobe Alpine route was not as good but at least it didn't rain. The autumn foliage at Kurobe Dam was beautiful and the hike at Mt. Murodo was awesome, especially the view at Mikurigaike Pond. The guide managed the time at each stop well so we could take the different modes of transport without any hiccups. Hotel Green Plaza at Hakuba was better than expected. The room was huge in comparison to the rooms in Nagoya. Lobby had nice Halloween decor and the buffet dinner and breakfast had a very wide spread of Japanese as well as some western cuisine.

Good tour, sit in the car for a long time, get to see the view on both sides of the road. The guide is cute and always recommends places along the way. The guide speaks 3 languages: English, Chinese, Japanese... There were no Thai people in the trip, mostly Chinese people, they were a bit loud, but they were more polite than I've ever encountered. Everyone was punctual... The place is very beautiful. 🫶🏻

Good guide by Xiao Xi who speaks Japanese, Chinese and English. communicates updates, meeting schedule and recommendations by WhatsApp chat group. when there's no data available, he will also update verbally. 1 night star at hotel green plaza hakuba which is great . kamikochi recommended route which is easy as started the walk early and ending at Kappa bashing bridge. those wanting to walk further to moyjin first pond will need to pack lunch earlier as to avoid lunch crowd at Kamikochi (otherwise the lunch crowd doesn't allow enough time to go to moyjin and back). Kurobe dam and Tateyama: good recommendations to buy and pack some lunch as limited time for lunch. started early snowing so could have brought along some slip on shoe grips as it can be icy at Fujinooritate.

This was the best. Both guides were very attentive and worked together to make my trip great. Lots of stairs and walking. I had trouble with stairs. Used cane and both guides made sure I was not left behind. Itinerary was great, hotel though old was clean and well kept. good choices for buffet. Very satisfied with whole trip and thought we got a lot for our money.

This time I booked a 2-day tour of Klook Kamikochi and Tateyama Kurobe. It was really worth it. The scenery was picturesque, surrounded by red, yellow, and green. We arrived at the meeting point with the 3/11 group, but found that we were not there. The list was really scary. Later, when the tour guide returned the order number, he found out that we had typed our names wrong. Other group members had the same situation, please ask the travel agency to return it.

A trip to Japan's stunning scenery. The tour guide arranged it well and controlled the time very well. The group members were very cooperative on time. Fortunately, the weather was unexpectedly good. Although the date was early and there were few red leaves, we were able to see the Kurobe Reservoir flood discharge. It’s a very unforgettable experience! Very satisfied with the accommodation and buffet at White Horse Hotel! If you go to Kamikochi and Tateyama Kurobe on your own, it will definitely be difficult and time-consuming to arrange. I highly recommend this tour!

Our tour guide, Kuo, was very enthusiastic and informative. We were lucky to have clear, sunny weather at Tateyama Kurobe, making for beautiful photos. The mountain roads were a bit tiring and took up a lot of time, and unfortunately, some of the stops were too short. However, each mode of transportation was perfectly timed, with no wasted time at all!
