Mt. Fuji View & Gotemba Premium Outlets One Day Tour from Tokyo

it was our first stop in Japan and it was indeed amazing. we got lucky that Mt. Fuji was quite visible that day and we also got lucky that our tour guide, sammy, was really kind and informative. despite being a foreigner, i love how he'd throw random facts and myths about Tokyo and Mt. Fuji. plus, he's multilingual — i believe he speaks German, English, Japanese, and Chinese — so it's very helpful. he even recommeded the lavender ice cream in Lake Kawaguchiko — it was delicious! thank you, sammy.

Highly recommend, tour guide Mr.Ginger, he’s friendly and knowledgeable about Japan history. Easy to find the meet up point at Shinjuku, Robert Indiana Sculpture: "LOVE". But only 2hours+ given at GOTEMBA Outlet which was not sufficient time to shop, end up I request to go back by myself, took bus from Gotemba outlet to Shinjuku bus terminal, but need to fill up form given by tour guide. Happy holiday everyone!

Highly recommend this tour especially for the price! Way cheaper than going to these places on your own. The first stop which was Arakurayama Park was beautiful though it involved quite a lot of stairs! The pagoda part involved climbing around 400 steps(?) so we did not go further up but the climb to the entrance was doable and you can see Mt. Fuji from there already. Just a heads up especially if you’re traveling with seniors (See pic 1 & 2). Oishi park was also equally beautiful, the terrain is flat and the area is smaller so it’s easier to explore. The view was also beautiful and there’s a big souvenir center. Try the ice cream on the first floor but if the line is too long, there’s a Cremia on the 2nd floor with no lines (See pic 3 & 4) Lastly Gotemba Premium Outlets was definitely worth visiting just because it’s such a big place! Some stores definitely offer big discounts while some are almost the same price as outside. You’ll need a bit of time to explore especially if you walk slowly! You can opt to join the bus trip back or take the train to Tokyo instead if you want a bit more time shopping! I’ve also noticed some tourists buy luggages and take it with them on the tour bus back to the city!

We had an incredible day tour to Fuji and Gotemba and were so lucky to get a clear view of Mount Fuji despite the uncertain weather conditions! Our guide, Peter, was fantastic—resourceful, helpful, and a talented photographer, just as he promised. He captured amazing shots for us, making the experience even more special. Though two hours felt short, we had an absolute blast. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience, and my family and I couldn’t be happier!

friendly your guide. follow the itinerary as advertised. I really enjoyed the scene of Mt fuji and shopping. the traffic is heavy during the return due to long weekend holiday in Japan. but still manage to reach in 6.40pm

When I went, the weather was very nice, no clouds at all. we can see snow-capped Fuji-san clearly. we are impressed by the view at the parks and made great memories. the trip was worth the value. saves time commuting. We love window shopping and 3 hours feels short at Gotemba but anyways we enjoyed the trip! our guide was Omar and he was friendly and helpful towards us! Bus leaves totally on time but thanks for waiting 5 mins for my mama's toilet break!

We enjoyed this trip! Peter is an amazing tour guide, and he gave us a lot of time exploring the temple, park, and outlet! He also gave us a lot of tips during the trip! Strongly recommended!!!

Peter was awesome, he was patient and friendly and even offered to queue for ice cream for some members of the group so they could have more time for pictures of the beautiful Fuji-san. Would highly recommended!

best as ever mount fuji is being so nice to us and also outlet is amazing. safe and comfortable having 1 year old baby in a trip this is highly recomender 5 star
