This is a gem overlooked and I was deeply impressed by most of the dishes . I have tried Wagyu dim sum dozen times before and they were seldom tasty but the fried Wagyu buns here were well seasoned that you can still tell it is Wagyu and the adding of mushrooms to dilute the greasiness is genius. The chef knows very well what to add to brighten up the taste. The adding of dried tangerine skin also spiced up the already very tasty red bean paste bun. All the deep fried dishes were well executed that they were crispy but not oily. The abalone steamed minced pork was the best I’ve ever had as the abalone was stewed long enough to become favorful. I also did not expect eatable gold leaf was placed on the steamed shrimp dumplings so never ending pleasant surprise during the meal. Moreover, it must be commended that not only do they offer minimum 1 piece / order of dim sum, the fried noodles and congee were also served in small bowls so we were able to try almost the entire menu. Patrons are allowed to get desserts from the western buffet on weekdays. Like the Chinese dim sum, most of them were exceptionally good and this package is undoubtedly a great value for money.

Two days before the meal, the staff specially called us to inform us that due to seat reservations on that day, we would make other arrangements.
