The Sheraton Tsim Sha Tsui's The Café lunch buffet truly exceeded expectations! The entire experience was perfect, with both the food and service being top-notch. The seafood was fresh and perfectly chilled; you could take as many oysters and king crab legs as you wanted, and the sashimi was smooth and never mushy. The Chinese stir-fries were cooked with excellent wok hei and weren't cold. The dessert section offered a huge variety, with milk tea custard, mango pomelo sago, and Häagen-Dazs satisfying all sweet cravings at once. The service was the biggest plus! The staff were attentive throughout, proactively clearing plates and refilling water. They would actively make way when they saw me getting food, and responded immediately to any requests, never ignoring anyone. The environment was comfortably lit, with views of Nathan Road, making for a very relaxing chat with friends. Both the value for money and service quality were consistently excellent. I'll definitely be back for our next gathering!
Paid less than HKD$500 for 2 person (after all the promotion discounts), it’s really value for $! Excellent! Varieties of Choices, unbelievable! Tried many hotel buffets, still can find surprising dishes. Steak, tender, must eat! Pasta, put sea urchin on top, unbearable choice! But just this dish provides sea urchin. Many HK local stylish dishes, not cheap, but surprised me. One unfavourable comment… too noisy… many patronages. Window seats are quite hot in day time in summer now.
The food refill speed is very fast, and the steamed fish is a masterpiece, seemingly endless! 👍🏻 Also, the hotel places great importance on hygiene; in just one hour, the serving utensils were replaced twice, which is truly impressive. The staff are also very diligent and there are plenty of them! Based on these three points, it can be considered one of the best hotels in the Kowloon area! The food, however, could use some improvement. There are relatively few cooked food options, and the highlight, the 'oysters,' are quite small, as are the crab legs. However, the desserts are extremely appealing, including cheesecake, crème brûlée, Tiramisu, sesame rolls, and more.
The last time I came to celebrate a friend's birthday was in March, and I was a bit disappointed then because it wasn't up to par. This time, however, it was truly, truly commendable! The chilled seafood crab legs were incredibly fresh and meaty, the oysters were very creamy, and the sashimi was wonderfully rich. I was also thrilled with the sea urchin rice crackers! As for the cooked food, there's been a huge improvement. For example, the roasted pork finally had crispy skin this time, and the wagyu rolls and beef short ribs were truly outstanding. For dessert, you absolutely must try the sesame cake and tiramisu! I'll diet after this meal... Overall, the food was exceptionally excellent and high-quality, and the staff service was also fantastic. They were quick and had great smiles, which made my friend's birthday dinner tonight very satisfying and happy. The only thing I sincerely hope the hotel can improve is the sashimi soy sauce!!! It was really salty, not just ordinarily salty, but super salty. I hope there's an improvement next time I dine here. Thank you to the hotel for the arrangements that made us so happy and satisfied with our meal. 🙇🏻
I've been to the Sheraton twice before for the buffet, and the experiences were good. This time, I got a buy-one-get-one-free deal. This month's theme is crab, and on Sunday night, each guest received a complimentary Shanghai hairy crab, which is simply great value. The cold seafood, lobster, and snow crab legs were all delicious, while the oysters were slightly less impressive. This time, there were various crab dishes in the hot dishes and teppanyaki sections, which crab lovers will definitely find very satisfying. I couldn't post too many photos, so I mainly focused on seafood. Also, I really like the stewed soup, which was fish maw soup that day. My friend and I also added $128 (plus +1 service charge) for unlimited red and white wine. It was a satisfying and happy buffet dinner.
Today for the buffet lunch, we were among the first to arrive at the restaurant. The location had changed, and it wasn't very clear, so we had to ask several staff members where to dine. When it was time to eat, we started with the king crab, which felt a bit salty. Then we moved on to other cooked dishes; there weren't too many options, but there was a wide selection of desserts. During our meal, a staff member also asked if the dishes suited our taste. The staff were friendly and quite attentive. Finally, we enjoyed some ice cream, which was very satisfying.
Very easy access from MTR at Nathan Road. Very nice and efficient staff at entrance for quick settle down. Nice food with different varieties. Very nice and polite gentleman at oyster bar. Oysters are nice, both fresh and fried ones. Desserts are nice with regular refills. Chinese food like b pork, duck and fish are well cooked. Wish to have more varieties of hot Chineses food. Sushi and sashimi are nice and fresh, salmon is the best! Nice quality of long crab legs and shrimps. Beef tender but may be a little bit raw for me. Overall high CP with good bargain price, buy one get one! Look forward to similar promotions in future.
This time the Sheraton dinner buffet's buy-one-get-one-free deal was simply amazing. The staff was polite and professional, with smiles, and cleared plates quickly, making my dining experience pleasant. Although the oysters were small, they were delicious. The fish maw stew was full of ingredients. The various cooked dishes were also very tasty, especially the beef and lamb chops, which were tender and a delightful surprise. The MVP of the whole meal was the dessert, delicious but not too sweet, absolutely perfect. If there's another promotion next time, I'll definitely come again.
So many delicious foods! The service staff were also very good. The seating was excellent; they arranged for us to sit by the window. It was a great buffet experience! Very highly recommended. Food taste: Very delicious. Restaurant environment: Very comfortable.
This was my first time having a buffet at the Sheraton. Although the space isn't huge, they offer a good variety of choices, and the food was quite good. My favorite today was the stewed soup, and they also had fresh oysters, which many hotels don't offer anymore. Their oysters were excellent, plump and juicy, not thin and small. So, if there's a discount, it's definitely worth trying.
