Great wine and chocolate pairing experience at the beautiful Passel Estate in Margaret River. We got to test a four delightful wine + chocolate pairings - two whites and two reds from Passel Estate.

The wine was flavorful, the host was very knowledgeable and happy to explain a lot about the estate and the area and the history of the estate, (e.g. passel is a collective noun for possums) we left buying a passel estate bottle of Sauvignon Blanc!

Meghan was a wonderful, delightful host, the wines had character and were paired well with the artisan chocolates, and Toby the dog greeted us at the entrance! Nice, private wine tasting experience!
