What to expect

Initially, this garden would only be used as an experimental garden for plantation crops to be introduced in the Dutch East Indies. However in its development, the establishment of the Bogor Botanical Gardens can be said to have started the development of science in Indonesia. Additionally, it has become a forum for scientists, especially those focusing on botanical field, in an organized manner from 1880 to 1905. From thereafter, several other scientific institutions were established, such as Bibliotheca Bogoriensis (1842), Herbarium Bogoriense (1844), Cibodas Botanical Garden (1860), Treub Laboratory (1884), and also Zoological Museum and Laboratory (1894).

Klook price is cheaper. The botanical garden is very spacious, neat and beautiful. More spots are needed because they are prone to rain. The time there was swift and long enough. 😊 Luckily, bring an umbrella. Car weekends can't enter so you have to be strong. hehe..

The purchase is easy, buy it suddenly when you are on the road to KRB. Redeem is easy too. Those with bicycles & strollers, as well as the elderly, first deliver them through the lower entrance & pay for tickets for their bikes first. The rest pass through the upper entrance and there will be an officer who will help scan tickets for all of them, including those that have entered through the lower door.
