I had an amazing experience at this spa! I was warmly welcomed by the manager (I forgot his name), who was incredibly polite and friendly from the moment I arrived. The staff member assigned to me, Van, was excellent. She consistently checked if the massage pressure was comfortable and made sure I was relaxed throughout the session. She also did my nails exactly how I like them—short, clean, and simple. She did such a great job! Another staff member noticed me taking selfies while my feet were soaking in warm water before the massage and kindly offered to take some photos for me. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made my visit even more special. Thank you again to the manager and Van for making my experience so relaxing and memorable. I highly recommend this spa!

I unfortunately had to cancel one of my reservations because my son was sick, and the staff was incredibly understanding and flexible about rescheduling. They made the whole process so easy and stress-free, which I really appreciated. The service I received was excellent from start to finish. The staff were professional, kind, and attentive, and I left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. I highly recommend this spa 100%! I will definitely be coming back.

The value for money is excellent, and the beautician's service is superb. I chose Combo 1; the hair wash was very comfortable, and the moxibustion was incredibly relaxing. All the staff in the salon have a great attitude. Highly recommended! 👍🏻

They are quite well-known in Hanoi. We happened to find a great deal on Klook. Luckily, when we arrived, everyone welcomed us very warmly. The service was excellent and relaxing. For that price, I did not expect too much, but the experience turned out to be beyond my expectations.

The environment is very good, and the masseuse's pressure was excellent. After the massage, they even provide a restroom for showering, so you don't have to go shopping feeling oily. Service: The staff are all very patient.

This massage was incredibly relaxing after a stressful trip to Hanoi, with its chaotic traffic and crowds. I highly recommend the head massage and hair wash before your return journey; it really helps to relieve fatigue. ☺️
