There are a lot of spas in Hanoi that you could pick and choose from, I was trying to see if there was something special about this. And in fact, there IS. A couple of good reasons to go here. 1. 5 Star Customer Service - Incredibly kind, nice and accommodating staff, everyone went above and beyond, from the moment you enter the door up until you leave, the customer service was outstanding 2. Clean room and good massage - the massage itself was amazing, there are hand signs in order for them to understand tourists better 3. State of the art amenities - the design and interior of the place was really amazing, it was distinct and unique and it had its own style, it felt luxurious We were warmly greeted with a warm cup of tea, the best i’ve tasted without sugar, there were also no calorie snacks. Candy assisted us all throughout and she was just an amazing, warm and gentle soul. After our one hour Vietnamese massage, there was a young lady playing an instrument. The moment was too beautiful that I could not help but shed tears. This really sealed the deal for me. We were in search for a good massage, but what we got was something greater - exceptional treatment and a moment of relaxation and solitude. I had a wonderful experience at L’esence spa, I was able to get a massage right away and was treated to an amazing massage by a very experienced therapist. The spa itself is beautiful and relaxing space, like you are in another world! After the massage, we were escorted down the street to a nearby restaurant where we were given our free meal. The food at the restaurant was outstanding and the staff was highly attentive and helpful. I would highly recommend this experience.
