- 【Guests who have purchased the 10-minute helicopter package】Please find the helicopter staff on board immediately after boarding to confirm your helicopter ride time. If you miss your helicopter ride due to your own reasons, you will be solely responsible (the helicopter can carry up to 6 passengers; the supplier arranges the aircraft according to the number of participants, and the size of the aircraft cannot be chosen).
- Self-guided: 9:15-9:45 AM check-in and ticket exchange at Port Douglas Marina, boarding starts at 9:30 AM (do not be late!); Self-guided marina address: The Reef Marina, Wharf St, Port Douglas QLD 4877 (Quicksilver office)
- Helicopter weight limit: If a passenger's weight exceeds 130KG, the airline will charge an additional seat fee. The specific fee (approximately 50%) should be paid directly to the airline when checking in; if the weight on the day of travel exceeds 10% of the registered weight, it may result in inability to board the helicopter, and no refund will be issued.
- This product is affected by weather and air traffic control, and it may not be possible to travel one day in advance or on the same day. This is an act of God. In such cases, we will reschedule for you free of charge or provide a full refund, but no compensation will be given; especially for helicopter products, if there is a temporary malfunction on the day, resulting in partial loss of the itinerary, we will provide you with alternative services. If flight is not possible, we will refund the helicopter fee, but no compensation will be given. We appreciate your understanding.
- All diving activities (except snorkeling) must meet certain physical health standards, and the minimum age for all underwater activities is 12 years old; before underwater activities (except freestyle snorkeling), a medical health form must be filled out to determine if your health condition is suitable for diving; please check your email for the [Medical Health Form] after placing your order.
- After the order is successfully placed, you will receive an email confirmation. Please check your inbox promptly, and also your spam folder. The confirmation in the email serves only as your proof of participation for that day. Please gather at the designated location with your electronic confirmation.
- Experience snorkeling: Requires fluent English and good swimming ability. Please be sure to listen to the instructor's teaching before going into the sea; Underwater walk: A maximum of 6 tourists per session, accompanied by 2 instructors. For additional deep-sea activities, please be sure to watch the instructional video played on the TV during the outbound journey of the cruise.
- Self-service snorkeling, semi-submarine, underwater observatory, lunch, etc., are complimentary items with scheduled times (activities are subject to the scenic area's opening status). No refunds or compensation will be given if not participated in.

Cancellation policy
- Free cancellation or modification is available up to 14:00, 3 days before the usage date (inclusive).
- Cancellations made after 14:00, 3 days before the usage date, will incur a 100% deduction of the user's order amount as a merchant loss fee.
