SUP! The instructor was very friendly, patient and helpful. He taught us slowly and always looked out for us. Whenever we lost our balance, he was there to help us and make sure we were safe. He kept encouraging us to paddle and helped us whenever we needed it. We had a lot of fun and felt very safe throughout the activity. Definitely recommend this, especially for beginners! The instructor is very friendly and will guide you along the way.
