The trip was very well planned. The instructor was knowledgeable and I managed to learn enough of the basics to try practice skiing on my own afterwards. A small suggestion for the staff - feature the "Bankei" more prominently in English. Even though I could understand Chinese but I was not used to reading the word "Bankei" in its kanji/hanzi form so I did not realise I had been standing beside the instructor holding the sign the whole time.

Jiang Hao is very enthusiastic and teaches very carefully. We are all beginners, so we were very lucky to have Coach Jiang Hao for our first ski lesson. Experience: As ski newbies, we were actually quite nervous at first, but the coach was very patient in his teaching, explaining things clearly and keeping a good pace. He always paid attention to our condition, which made us feel very safe. My partner and I were both skiing for the first time, and under his guidance, we were able to practice with peace of mind, without the pressure of being rushed. The whole experience was very good. Sincerely recommend it to beginners, giving it a five-star rating.

DO NOT BOOK THIS TOUR….it was seriously delayed for a preventable reason (unable to find ski boards for guests over 90 minutes due to warehouse being lock out)…….the itenanary was delayed by 1.5 hours …time can NOT be made up since the place closed at 4 PM ……on top of that you are left standing not knowing what had happened for the entire time so you have NO lunch till really late (learning how to ski in the cold with empty stomach) I emailed the organizer 3 times but no action to correct the issues. Klook should remove this tour as it is a tourist trap. Picture below shows the time stamp got started.
