The staffs are very hellpful. My daughter lost her goggles and the staffs patiently look for it and was able to find it. The slides are very safe and there is very short queue. We enjoyed the whole day in the waterpark. Food and drinks are limited but very reasonably priced. Easy to get there by grab. Online booking is recommended as there is no ticket sales onsite. Buy your tickets on klook and show qr code upon entering the park. Very easy to use and very convenient.
