puffing billy is a must during Melbourne visit. 40mins from CBD. great experience. on the other hand, penguin parade in Philip island is a bit far. there are some closer beaches where you can see it also.

The tour guide was wonderful. Even though it was an English-speaking tour, I could understand most of it. We had two different guides for the morning and the afternoon. I don't remember the morning guide particularly well, but the afternoon guide took us to see the penguins, which was truly amazing.
