Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to request a full refund
• Refunds can't be issued for any participants who are late by 15 minutes or more
• The activity will be cancelled if there is not a minimum of 10 participants. If this happens, you'll get a refund

Redemption information

• We will send you a final confirmation email with the meeting location 3 days prior to the tour departure. Please be sure to check your email.
• For this tour, we have secured a group reservation for the Zao Ropeway. You will have priority entry, but this does not guarantee immediate boarding. During peak times, the wait may be 30 minutes to 1 hour. (The general line is expected to be 1 to 3 hours.)
• Tours of the beer factory are free, but we kindly request that each person order one drink.
• If the beer factory is closed or cannot accept visitors, we will suggest an alternative location. Please check the final confirmation email three days prior.

Usage validity

• The voucher is valid only on the specified date (and time if applicable)

• This activity has no age limit
• Free for children aged 0-3 as long as they will not occupy separate seats
• The tour will be at a beer factory. Please refrain from participating if you are not fond of alcohol.
