• If the Zao Ropeway is closed due to weather, maintenance, or other operational reasons, the ropeway ticket fee will be refunded: JPY 3,000 per adult and JPY 1,500 per child.

Vehicle & luggage info

• The operator has the right to refuse a reservation if the group size or luggage exceeds the capacity of the reserved vehicle. In this case, no refunds will be issued

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• Vouchers can be used any time within the validity period. Refunds can't be made once it has been redeemed or has expired.
• If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
• Refunds can't be issued for any participants who are late by 10 minutes or more
• The activity will be cancelled if there is not a minimum of 4 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund

Booking changes policy

• Change are allowed until 24 hour(s) before activity starts
• The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
• The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
• Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.

• Children aged 6+ will be charged the same rate as adults
• One adult may bring one child free of charge.
• Participants aged 3-6 are considered children, based on their official ID
• Participants must be aged under 70 to take part in this activity
• Seniors aged 70+ should present a medical certificate before participating
• Participants aged over 60 are considered seniors, based on their official ID
