Zao Onsen Ski Resort | Ski Equipment Rental

Located on the first floor of our accommodation for two days of skiing, it's very convenient! Taiwanese-run shop, so Chinese is no problem. The staff is meticulous and patient. The first time, it's best to allow at least an hour to get equipped so you're not rushed. We happened to have a large group, and the staff enthusiastically helped us speed up the process. A highly recommended shop! Zao Ski Resort is Taiwan-friendly. Experience: Fully equipped, and there are also many instructors available.

Picking up and returning the equipment was very convenient, as the location is inside the ski resort near lift number 7. The staff were friendly and helpful, guiding us through the entire process. The equipment was also very clean and in excellent condition.

It's very convenient to pick up the equipment the night before, as it saves time waiting in the morning. However, the lack of nearby parking is a bit inconvenient.

The entire rental process was very smooth. The staff was efficient and friendly, and even helped check if the gear fit properly. The equipment was very new and clean. The pickup location was also very convenient, right inside the ski resort. The only downside was the early return time, requiring us to return by 5 PM. The store also provided space for us to store non-valuable items.

It's very close to the Uenotaira ski resort. You can pick up your equipment a day in advance. The downside is there's no parking nearby, so it's a bit tiring to walk a long way after picking up your gear.

Rented equipment on 2/22 for one day. The staff at the store were busy, but the female clerk who assisted us was very patient in teaching us how to wear snow boots. The equipment was relatively new. It needs to be returned by 5 p.m. that day. Also, if you rent for two consecutive days, you need to find a way to take the equipment with you; it cannot be left in the store. It seems that there is an additional fee if you need to leave it in the store, and there is no guarantee that the equipment rented the next day will be the same set.

Very close to the ski resort, very convenient. Full Chinese service throughout, communication is seamless. If you encounter any adjustments needed after renting, they will also provide meticulous service to adjust it.

If it's your first time skiing, or you're not sure how to choose, I highly recommend this place because the staff is quite attentive and you don't need much, so I still recommend everyone to come. The snow area store is opposite the slope in picture three.

The shop is near lift number 7 at the ski resort, making it very convenient to pick up your board. The staff speaks Mandarin, so communication is not a problem. The process of picking up and returning the board was very smooth.

They offer Chinese service, and the staff is very friendly. The equipment is new, and they are meticulous when instructing you on how to wear it. They proactively assist with replacements if the equipment doesn't fit properly.
