We were impressed with the comfort of the seats and the transfer to our accommodation in DaLat. The address for pick up was not correct in the email, but we could walk to the correct place. Without knowing Vietnamese we watched what other travellers did when boarding and when making toilet/food breaks. This was our first experience in a sleeper bus. It would not suit travellers who are a bit bigger or unable to climb up to second level (although I understand you can request a bottom level seat). Overall, a good service, well priced.
sleeper voach from Phan thiet to Dalat while lobg sections of toadworks very uncomfortable especially on top coaches as bus swings left right up down..better for main A1 roads not this journey currently. staff friendly..minibus from.bus station takes you to hotel if you ask.very useful.
The road was rough after the heavy rain damage, and it was a little scary.
