Klook Gold Coast Hot Air Balloon Experience with Sparkling Wine

Every summer vacation, my family and I take a trip. This year, during the booking period, we happened to watch a TV program about Australia, so we decided on Australia's Gold Coast. I also wanted to experience a hot air balloon ride, so I booked one through Klook. Although the pickup was quite early in the morning, they arrived at the hotel right on time. There was a restroom break on the way to the plateau, and as we got closer, a DVD played explanations and注意事项 (important information/precautions) in English, Chinese, and Japanese inside the vehicle, which made my excitement level reach its peak. We slowly floated up into the crisp, silent air of dawn, truly 'wherever the wind blew,' and were able to watch the sunrise from the horizon during our hour-long aerial stroll. Upon landing in the pasture, we were greeted by grazing cows. It was a precious experience that's hard to come by in Japan, as we helped the approximately 20 participants and the Hot Air Balloon staff waiting at the landing spot fold and pack up the hot air balloon, and enjoyed sparkling wine.

It was my first time experiencing a hot air balloon ride, and I had an amazing time! The entire experience with Dhawal Kedar from Hot Air Balloon Brisbane & Gold Coast was fantastic. The take-off and landing were very smooth, the weather was perfect, and the views were absolutely spectacular! 🎈✨ A special thank you to Selena and Gavin for being such wonderful hosts and making the experience even more enjoyable. Everything was well organised and felt safe and comfortable throughout. Definitely recommend this experience to anyone looking to try something unique and unforgettable. What a great experience! The shuttle arrived at the hotel right on time. It took about an hour to get up the mountain, and it was really cold in Australia during winter mornings and evenings, so we had to dress warmly. The staff were very nice and efficient; we were airborne in no time! Everyone was so excited after takeoff, floating around and seeing lots of forest animals. Looking down from above, everything looked like tiny LEGOs, just like playing with toys when I was little. The world is truly vast, and humans are so small! There was a small incident: when we were packing up at the end, my phone fell out of my pocket into the folded hot air balloon. The staff didn't mind at all and helped me look for it. Thankfully, another group member found it. I'm so grateful! 🥹

I went the day before the July 4th Gold Coast Marathon. It wasn't cold in the air, but the bus rides there and back, and the time spent waiting to board after arriving, were chilly, so warm clothing is necessary. The experience was wonderful. My daughter and I had a great experience, made wonderful memories, and the aerial photos were also fantastic.

It was very cold early in the morning. When it was time for the day's activity, the driver was a bit delayed. I was very nervous at the time because I didn't have any contact information, so I sent many customer service messages and even made an international call. Fortunately, the driver arrived shortly after, and it turned out to be a false alarm. After that, the hot air balloon activity went very smoothly. With the great weather and even seeing the sunrise, it was a perfect ending. I highly recommend this activity.

This whole experience was absolutely worth every penny. The two female staff members (unfortunately I forgot their names) were incredibly friendly and professional. One of them could even speak fluent Japanese, Which allowed her to communicate seamlessly with Japanese tourists. the whole experience was breathtaking and you feel safe throughout the ride. Best activity!

The team was very professional, and it was an unforgettable experience. They were punctual with pickups and drop-offs, provided very clear instructions, and ensured a safe and comfortable journey. It was definitely worth it to enjoy the Australian sunrise.

We experienced a wonderful journey! The tour guide (also the driver) and the pilot (my apologies for forgetting their names...) were super friendly and helpful. They also took extra care of two elderly people in the group, which is very much appreciated. The picture shows the other hot air balloon by the same company, we took off at slightly different time. I have to say that's the best sun-rise I've ever seen!! The panoramic view up in the air is really stunning! I highly recommend the use of a 360 camera for this trip!
