What to expect
A classic day trip to Mount Fuji from Tokyo, perfect for those with limited time who want to experience the highlights around Mount Fuji in one go. Meet in the morning at Tokyo Station or Shinjuku, and take a direct bus to the Mount Fuji area, without having to worry about transportation. The overall pace is relaxed and unhurried 🚌
The first stop is either Arakurayama Sengen Park or Mount Fuji 5th Station, which will be adjusted depending on the weather and road conditions on the day. When the weather is good, you can capture the classic shot of Mount Fuji + Japanese streetscape 📸 If there is fog or mountain road restrictions, you will instead go to the 5th Station to experience the power of Mount Fuji up close, which is also worth seeing 🗻
After that, head to Oshino Hakkai. Here, the spring water comes from the melted snow of Mount Fuji, and it is crystal clear. The village retains a complete Japanese rural landscape 💧 Take a slow stroll, take photos, and try some local snacks along the way. The pace will naturally slow down.
The afternoon is spent at Gotemba Premium Outlets or a hot spring. Those who want to shop can freely browse the outlets, which have many brands and friendly discounts 🛍 Tourists who don’t want to shop can also choose a nearby hot spring to relax and let their bodies rest for a while ♨️
On a clear day, you can also see Mount Fuji from afar at the outlets. Shopping while admiring the scenery is a highlight for many people.
In the evening, take the bus back to Tokyo and disband at Shinjuku or Tokyo Station, ending the day trip 🌆 The route is smooth and doesn’t backtrack, allowing you to see the scenery and have plenty of free time. All the spots were great and beautiful scenary in particularly theMaple Corridor was amazing & enchanting. Ms Yang is our guide, the trip run smooth. She send reminder on meeting location & how to identify her J22 flag one day before. She was there before 7.20 Am to gather the participa ts. She is clear and professional in her explanation and guidance. From each place to place everyone was punctual. O e suggestion is if the guide can send the google address of the bus parking location to ensure no missing out. We overshot the parking place, luckily we still have time to back track.
Although the 5th station was not available due to heavy snow, it was replaced by Arakuyama Sengen Park and it was a magnificent experience as we did see mt. fuji fully. Tanni provided enough time on each of our destination. We would go back again for more.
i really have to hand it to Ken for making this trip so enjoyable. i have never seen someone switch from english to japanese to chinese so quickly! He even communicated with us individually to check if we were ok. he also called those who were late. HOWEVER, we were disappointed with the shortened time frame, but it was completely understandable given the traffic. i would not recommend it to people who dislike a rushed tour. But ken was the best tour guide we have ever had! give this guy a raise!
i like the phase of our trip. sadly, we weren't able to see mt fuji bec its cloudy but we enjoy the rest of the itinerary. coco is a great guide! she shared infos on japan along the way and is very accommodating. will greatly recommend!

Had an incredible trip to the Mount Fuji area. Arakurayama Sengen Park, Oshino Hakkai and Gotemba Premium outlets. Our guide, Eon, was really friendly and approachable. Very knowledgeable on the places we were visiting, and accommodating to us. Even gave us more time for shopping at the Gotemba premium outlets. All the while getting great views of Mount Fuji👍🏻
It was really traffic, i believe it was a holiday, however, its isnt their fault. Taiyo was very friendly and very courteous and helpful.

We had a great day. Pick up was straight forward and well arranged. Small bus was clean, all working seat belts and driven to a high standard. We were taken to all scheduled stops and all were interesting and worth visiting. Yulia the tour guide was the perfect mix of providing interesting information and leaving us to enjoy some peace and quiet. Would highly recommend.

- Travel during peak seasons in Japan, especially on weekends and holidays (around the Obon Festival from August 13th to 16th), is prone to traffic jams, and some attractions may close early.
