Werribee Open Range Zoo & Werribee Mansion Tour

We greatly enjoyed the tour with our guide Rick! The Werribee Mansion was amazingly beautiful! The gardens around it are perfect for picnic. The interior is stunning and perfectly well maintained. Each room has audio guides and texts of little stories about it. I felt like I was in a Jane Austen book! The vast State Rose Garden in the area was in full bloom at late December/early January! The food at the Lancemore Cafe in the mansion was delicious too! The Werribee Zoo's Safari ride was quite nice, we got to see giraffes, bisons, zebras, rhinos, and some lions at the zoo walking trails. It was a comfortable and memorable experience.

Agreed with the other reviews, this tour has a great pace. We have enough time for each place to explore. Rick provides a really good guide telling the story about the Werribee mansion and parks, and how it linked to the city of Melbourne. So many interesting stories and historical information! A day well spent.

the trip was fun and our friendly guide shared with us the love story of the werribee mansion. the safari zoo ride was exciting though some of the animals are sleeping under the shade due to the hot weather. overall, a different experience from home country...

The Werribee Open Range Zoo and Werribee Mansion tour guided by Rick was an exceptional experience. The zoo offered an open-range safari with close-up views of giraffes, zebras, and rhinos. The safari bus ride was a highlight, giving us a unique experience and interaction with the animals. Meanwhile, the Werribee Mansion tour was equally impressive, with Rick guiding us through the mansion’s history. this highlights the mansion’s opulence and rich history. His knowledge and enthusiasm made the experience enjoyable and informative. The tour was well-paced. Highly recommended for anyone to book this must-see trip!

A good and wonder tour guide who introduced the scenery along the way. Dutiful and cordial. You can see many animals in the zoo. Especially you can see Australian animals such as koala. emu. also you can see Africa animals like lion.

Very fun♥︎ ♥︎ Loved this short day trip♥︎ Just the right amount of time without being too tiring❤️ The guide's engaging commentary provided me with deeper insights into these animals' habits and conservation efforts. This journey not only allowed me to appreciate the beautiful natural scenery but also reinforced the importance of harmonious coexistence between humans and nature. Thanks to the Klook guide, we had a wonderful day—it was so much fun!
