It's a shame that we had to proceed with an alternative itinerary due to high waves near Komodo, but I understand that this was due to official directives, not the fault of the tour operator. The hotel pickup was punctual, the guidance was detailed, and I appreciated the continuous attention to safety throughout the trip. The alternative snorkeling spot was also incredibly beautiful and stunning, and the highlight, the Komodo dragons, were seen sufficiently on Rinca Island, another alternative island, making it a very satisfying tour. The boat was also clean and convenient. It's a highly recommendable tour and an excellent company.

Perfect itinerary (trekking clothes before lunch, swim suit after lunch) and the guide took good care of everyone, waters/snacks/raincoat were provided on boat, so as snorkeling gears. Lunch portion was big. Pick up was on time. We managed to see everything we should during this trip! Komodo dragons, manta ray, turtle, baby sharks, beautiful corals etc. Crew adjusted the snorkeling places to make sure we saw manta ray, and it’s really impressive!

We had a really fun trip and overall a great experience from start to finish. The boat was smaller since it was a small group, but it was comfortable, safe, and well organized. The guide and staff were very helpful, especially when assisting everyone in and out of the boat. Just a heads-up: in the morning the tide is low, so you do have to step or jump out into knee-length water, so flowy dresses are not ideal. All of the activities were great. The hike to the viewpoint had a lot of stairs but was manageable and took about an hour. Pink Beach was nice, though not as pink as Instagram photos, which is good to know ahead of time. Komodo Island was a highlight, and we were lucky to see Komodo dragons, including one walking around. Lunch was very good with plenty of food and vegetarian options. We saw manta rays and turtles, with better visibility at Turtle Point. Everything went smoothly. Just note the Komodo Island entrance fee must be paid in cash. Overall highly recommended for trip!

Locations are great. Beaches beautiful, Komodo dragons cute, snorkeling great - loads of corals, colourful fishes, manta & sting ray, turtles, mini sharks. Crew took great care of us. Overall recommend the tour!

Punctual pick up & drop off at hotel. Friendly & attentive crew & guide, toilet in the boat was very clean, snacks (multiple biscuits & bananas) provided, together with coffee, tea, soft drinks, mineral water. Great boat condition, life jackets are available onboard. Towels, snorkelling gears are provided.

Amazing tour, something I would definitely do again. The guides were very helpful and the boat we used was nice. Only improvement would be the lunch because the food was bland but everything else is pretty good.

It couldn't have been better! Of course, I regret not bringing an underwater camera and missing out on photos. However, the Red Whale II team was incredibly professional. Not only did we have plenty of time to enjoy all 6 spots, but they also took us swimming with giant manta rays, through stunning coral reefs, and alongside equally huge sea turtles. I would definitely choose them again if I go back. Great! The director informed us of the itinerary and schedule in advance, and also notified us of the duration of our stay before disembarking. There was definitely ample time for each attraction, and everyone was very cooperative, returning to the boat on time.

The itinerary and experience exceeded our expectations; we were very satisfied. The guides were professional and enthusiastic. The entire trip was smooth with no issues. We saw Komodo dragons, manta rays, and sea turtles. The boat was also in excellent condition. We were assigned to a smaller boat, which, although it didn't have air conditioning, did have a restroom and was well-ventilated, so it didn't feel hot. Customer service contacted us via WeChat the day before to confirm.

Great experience hiking, Komodo dragon hunting and snorkeling. Very very hot. Wear hat, proper footwear and bring a fan. Umbrella looked like a good idea too.
