This place is amazing. They send such cute pictures and videos twice a day. You also have the option to get a live camera to check on your cat. The staff is really nice and caring. I can feel that the staff is passionate with cats. At first my cat was anxious staying at a new environment, but with the staff’s patient attitude she was able to calm down in a few days. I would totally recommend this place for any cat owners!

It was the first time for my cat to stay in a cat hotel, so I chose Zuo Haonai, and finally I chose Zuo Maoji Hotel🫶🏻The environment is so clean and comfortable, even I like it😝 My cat is quite timid. There will always be some people who are scared to eat, but Cat Ji’s sister is so patient and attentive. She feeds her food and cultivates affection, so my cat quickly gets used to it. Every time she goes out, she is obsessed with the staff sister and plays with her. When I was reluctant to check in and check out, my cat still looked at the closed door reluctantly. Thank you for creating such a good cat hotel, so that my owner can feel at ease.

The two cats stayed at catseasonhotel for 6 nights. On the first 2 days, they refused to eat or play. I was very worried. And I have been in contact with the hotel sisters. They are very nice and constantly reply to my concerns, which makes me feel more at ease.
