Below average
We are a family of 4 and we booked for 3 nights but the first night our room has no cold or hot water to shower nor to flush the toilet. We had no water for 12 hours. We walked to inform the water problem . There was no telephone in the room and it was a long walk to the reception desk. Only our room got affected since we confirmed with our neighbor. The owners of the hotel blamed on his staffs for their negligence but did not compensate us for that night. It is unfair and unacceptable. DO NOT stay here. Terrible service and management!

Unfortunately our AC was broken the first night (they did promptly fix it the next morning) and our neighbouring bungalow was having an argument until 3am. I did leave the bathroom window open for an afternoon and when we returned a very large cockroach had moved in. The maintenance man kindly removed him for us. The pool and surrounding landscaping is beautiful. The staff are amazing and there are good scooters to rent at the hotel.

Airport shuttle was so convenient. The hotel is a little out but we were ok with that. Rented a scooter directly from hotel which was idea. Lovely hotel, great staff. Would stay again
