Staying September 9th–12th. Overall, our experience has been smooth and comfortable, with top-notch customer service, cleanliness, and ambiance. However, the food quality needs attention. It doesn't justify the price, which explains why many guests are eating elsewhere or ordering food delivery. Our 2nd time here. Good place for a young family with 2 small ones. Entrance to waterpark is right there. Can skip hotel pool and swim at the waterpark instead. Breakfast was alright, nothing fantastic but enough. definitely has food for the young ones too.

I had a wonderful stay at Hard Rock Hotel Desaru! The hotel has a vibrant atmosphere, modern and clean rooms, and excellent facilities. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of delicious options, and the pool was definitely one of the highlights—perfect for both relaxing and having fun. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to Desaru Coast Adventure Waterpark and the beach. Overall, it was a comfortable and memorable stay. I would definitely recommend Hard Rock Hotel Desaru to families, couples, and friends looking for a fun and relaxing getaway. Looking forward to visiting again!
