young staff at the reception follows the textbook without accessing the situation. my room is already paid for but he asked whether i want to pay by card or cash. when i question him back, he did not get the hint but replied this is the payment method. hotel is very busy at 6pm, only 1 lift is working and the queue for the lift is extremely long. the lift button for our floor needs to be pressed after it stops at every floor. at night after 11pm, 2 lifts are working and the lift button is fixed too. before my stay, i called the hotel numerous times day and night to confirm my booking but nobody answers my call. facebook message ignores me too, as well as whatsapp number 012-9983798. i wonder what does the hotel do. during my stay, the staff is more attentive and tried their best to fix a problem in my toilet. i commend them for this.

I booked heritage room, the rooom incl bathroom is clean. Breakfast is good too. Just the swimming pool is very small and the gym facility is quite old. Overall it is a good place for short trip.
