過年期間價格公道，房間風格舒服，有免治馬桶、床很好睡，有魚池可餵魚。因環保旅店，不會提供瓶裝水和備品，需注意。早餐普通，晚上八點後入場用晚餐東西較不足，停車位規劃不足，滿房時可能需要把車子停在奇怪的位置。房內吹風機不太好，長髮過肩要吹很久約十分鐘。

謝謝飯店員工能專業及友善滿足我對客房的需求另又主動升級客房。 用早餐時，看到餐廳員工很仔細地擦拭及消毒用餐過後房客使用的桌椅，覺得在莊園很安心。 喜歡莊園外觀看起來巴洛克式風格 有城堡的想像 、休閒設施 、戶外花園中式建築 蓮花池及荷花池、腳踏車...整個放鬆 浴室很大器、浴缸可泡澡、飯店的水泡澡後竟然有滑嫩的膚觸、太驚訝了；客房的露台可看到中央山脈。 早餐很豐盛 冷熱飲區 研磨咖啡 鮮奶 擔仔麵 清粥 小菜 茶葉蛋 高麗菜 土司 麵包 水果有柳橙 …

入住當天同時也有其他旅客, 但是,睡得非常舒服 (當然隔音不甚好,是事實, 但我不屬於怕吵會吵不著的人) 工作人員的態度都很良善, 有的甚至讓我們感覺入住五星級的服務!!! 下次會再來~ ps. 停車也蠻方便的

環境不錯，但隔音實在太糟糕，弟弟那間晚上隔壁吵到半夜，我們這間3206早上外頭吵到爆炸根本無法入睡，明明有提需求急需安靜，卻住在一堆小孩房中間，隔音真的極度需要加強

因為自己的疏忽訂房出了差錯，櫃台人員林小姐很熱心的幫忙溝通處理，很圓滿的解決，服務100分。莊園後面有一座很優美花園，花草植栽魚池維護得很好，看得出園藝人員的用心。遠處偶會聽到平交道的聲音，但是音量對都市人而言是不會造成困擾的。很棒的住宿環境，CP值很高，下次會再選擇住宿。

隔音沒有想像中那麼恐怖，聽的到走廊的聲音，但沒有別的房間的聲音。 非常乾淨漂亮！還有大浴缸跟美美風景的陽台！早餐的定食也很棒，服務也很好，飯店還有花園和交誼廳，很有渡假村氛圍，非常喜歡！
