The hotel is strategically located near Concubine Lane, KTM train station & old town Ipoh with many eateries and restaurants. The lobby is sleek, modern & decorated beautifully facing the Kinta River. Every level has different decorations at the lift lobby which bring up the esthetics of the whole hotel. The security guards are friendly, efficient & helpful. We really had a very pleasant stay in the hotel. Highly recommended šŸ‘!

when parking full, they will ask you to park your car a bit far from hotel, luckily they provide the shutter van. the ambient is nice. only the reception is not at the ground floor, a bit annoys if you carry much things during check in & check out. the staff is nice always with smiles face

I had a great stay at this property. It is located meters away from the main attractions in Old Town. Now that can be a positive and negative side as the old town after 19.00 is dead and finding even a basic dinner is challange. The staff was reasonably professional and helpful, no complaints there. They provide free water and there is also a restaurant on the premises with a great view. The only frustrating bit was that the Wifi was slow and you have to log in every time you disconnect it. Recomend it if staying in Ipoh

Cozy room. Small but not feel too packed. Breakfast taste nice and the selection is fine considering the price. Walking distance to some nice restaurants and local locations. Should the need arises, i would certainly choose to stay here again.
