It’s in a great location and great value for money, think of the stay as basic but a safe spot to explore Pattaya beach and surrounding bars and clubs. The staff are great. I’d definitely book again

Not so good, the air conditioning was not working properly It was not comfortable. The room had a strong paint smell. My overall experience not great.
