Fantastic
The hotel was a welcome respite especially as a middle of the night hotel change. The hotel staff was friendly and efficient. The room wonderfully airconditioned, with comfortable beds and good smelling towels. Easy to get most places from their location. The fridge allowed us nice cold water, a rarity in England. We felt totally safe.

Solo stay

The staff member who was at reception was friendly and helpful - check-in was easy. I had the standard room and it was a great size and super clean. The king bed was so comfy and bed clothes very good quality. The 4 x usb ports as well as regular sockets were really useful. Nice complementary toiletries too. Thank you

Room was clean and presentable. Air conditioning wasn’t working the best. It’s a shame there is no window as the room felt very close and humid even with the air conditioning

Stayed one night. Easy to find - travelled to vis Elizabeth line & district line. Helpful staff that welcomed us whilst checking in & later in the evening on our return. Felt secure with main entry door access system & lift to all floors. Very clean room & bathroom. Excellent comfortable king size bed & excellent bedding. Aptel East was very quiet. Curtains & blind blocked out light to provide a very good environment for sleeping. Shower gel, shampoo conditioner & body lotion provided. Very good towels. Hair dryer & coat hangers provided. Very useful small kitchen area with fridge, kettle microwave, drinking glasses & cutlery. Would definitely stay again.
