Great

Solo stay · For business and leisure

Property was good , room clean. Dislike no fridge and internet is not included in the room price. To add it was a few pounds a day. Price for room is a bit high , for a property not to have internet included, it takes away from the experience.

No room service, no towels were put in the room. The room was so small and the bathroom curtain was dirty like piss stained. The water would go everywhere. Disgusting, never again

We requested a double bed room , we were put in a One bed room though they had available ones , just bc we didn’t book directly thru the hotel . Rude staff starting with the hotel manager. Her assistant promised us that for the next day if we stay , we would be placed in the room we requested but the manager told us that she was the one who takes those type of decision n that though they had rooms she wouldn’t sacrifice families that may arrive that day n requiere a family room . Besides it was Orbitz problem not hers. Tiny rooms , no hair dryer ( we asked for one they said they didn’t have it) finally we were given one from the 50’s, just one towel for 2 people, no wash rags n hand towels(when we requested , we were told they don’t provide w ) You are given 30 minutes a day for free Internet which you aren’t able to use bc is extremely SLOW. Dining Area so small , breakfast so pricy for eating the same breakfast every morning ( stale sausage) This was the worst experience we had . I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND IT TO ANYBODY.

I booked with you, a family room for 2 adults and 2 children, aged 6 and 8. This room was for my daughter, son-in-law and 2 grandchildren. They arrived at Travelodge London Ealing at 10.30pm, paid for the family room, it then took time to find a parking space. Returned to hotel at 11.00pm, went to room to find 1 double and 1 single bed!!! Receptionist, then apologised, said she had no more beds. It was now after 11.00pm, and with 2 small children, (and having paid), it was too late to start looking for another Hotel. At 11.30, a lady (housekeeper) arrived at the room, to enquire what was missing from the room. At 11-45 lady & man arrived with a bed base. No mattress, no pillow, no duvet, no bed linen. Sometime after midnight a lady arrived with a king sized duvet, still no mattress, no pillow, no linen. Obviously a dreadful night and experience. I strongly feel that Travelodge should at least refund the cost of the stay, and some some form of compensation should be offered.

Great
A very cold weekend made warmer with the help of a clean and amply furnished room enhanced by a view onto a sedum roof and London skyline. The building Landlords (not Travelodge) needs to weed their sedum otherwise the horticultural benefits will be lost! John, the man at front of house, was excellent. He was very helpful, friendly, relaxed and attentive, even with a sudden influx of several new early arrivals. All processed and despatched to the comfort of our respective rooms efficiently and without fuss. He went the extra mile to make us all feel welcome.

Slight problem with finding the hotel...gig venue on Uxbridge Rd, hotel on Uxbridge Rd....nowhere near each other! But really friendly and helpful receptionist who helped us find our way there and back via the underground. Great breakfast the following morning. Lovely night away :)

Fantastic
lovely hotel, would definitely return again, only a five minute walk from ealing broadway underground station and buses run right by the front door, the staff were very friendly, the hotel seems to be new, it was very clean. I would have no hesitation recommending the hotel to any body. 10/10
