Hotel staffs are polite, respectful and helpful. This is a great location as it is accessible in all kinds of transportation. Though it is going to be helpful if they pair their complimentary tea and coffee with a simple bread for a light breakfast.

Short walking distance to/from KL Sentral for transportation and Nu Sentral for shopping. Very convenience location with 7-eleven just few steps away and KK mart (24hours) across the road. Although room is small, it is enough for us. Bed and pillows are comfortable. View from our room is nice city view. Altough the location is in the city centre and our room facing the road, it is not noisy maybe because we are on high floor. Above all we are impress with the cleanliness of our room. Staf also response promptly to our complain and request. We have a clogged toilet bowl and the technician come in a short while and they immediately offer us another room. We requested for extra pillow and they provide without any fuss. Overall we are very satisfied.
