Everything was absolutely top-tier! The staff and rooms were incredible, and you're just a stone's throw away from SkyAvenue Mall and Genting SkyWorlds Theme Park. The only minor downside is parking—it can be tricky, so your best bet is parking at the Highlands Hotel

Clean and tidy hotel with beautiful views, and the facilities are very family- and child-friendly. However, our room on the 2nd floor had a noticeable mouldy smell, and ants appeared shortly after. Thankfully, the hotel staff responded promptly to our feedback and moved us to a room on the 3rd floor, which was much better with no mouldy smell. One downside is that the ceiling fan speed cannot be adjusted or switched off. Once the access card is inserted, the fan runs at full speed, which can get quite cold. Overall, a pleasant stay with good views and responsive staff.
