Stayed with family · For friends and family

A lovely hotel decorated in a decadent Art Deco style. Very easily acceased from Paddington Station - literally just off the platform concourse and up one level! Our room was large and very quiet. The staff were plentiful and very helpful. Breakfast was excellent. My only small gripe would be that the air conditioning was too fierce in the breakfast area. Our cooked breakfast and cups of tea went cold before we could consume it!

Hotels still rather tired and even the renovated room still seemed dated( fire your interior designer). Otherwise very helpful staff, location is priceless and does what it says on the tin

The hotel is great its just old and needs new carpet but the rooms are a good size, as are bathrooms and beds comfortable and you absolutely cannot beat the location for jumping on the Heathrow express for an early morning flight and the tube stations.
